The bigger names typically get the OTN bonuses and get knockouts and submissions, the more known and refined fighters are much more predictable than lower level guys and new comers. Also what happens when a lower level guy wins 2, then gets a higher level opponent? Losses are big deals, pick who you are confident in, there's no special treatment the rules are as they are.

I'll just select a random order as to the order, not that it matters the pick pattern makes it very even no matter what number you are

Unless you feel there's a better pattern to choose picks? This will basically be like a very long MMA Draft rotating around till everyone gets pick 1, then onto pick 2, then pick 3 in a certain order then I use the point system to set up rankings for each man accordingly, I will list each persons team also. Winner is at the end of the year with the most points.

Again, if you think there's a better or more fair pattern than 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 I'm all ears. I don't think 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, is very fair though honestly.
