***Questions about using the new site***

Use this thread to ask questions about what your finding difficult....as Leonie has stated the site is still unfolding so give it a few days until all the issues are ironed out and it will take some getting used to but some people are getting the hang of it faster than others so help each other out and post questions/answers here....

a question i have seen is about pictures...for now use code...

There appears to be 2 different outside ufc sections. In one of the urls (this one) is says free on the end. I assume the other is the fight club version?

as a mod i dont know if what im looking at looks similar to what you are looking at....

warwest...do we need to go over the first rules of fight club? lol

champ and fobar- im assuming those are the things that are still being worked out behind the scenes...give it some time to get finalized...any answers we get on those questions i or another mod will let you know, until then have some patience or keep trying it...do you see the edit/delete options on the right site of the post and they arent working or is it not there at all?

if you hover over a post of yours does a gear pop up in the right corner that you can click on and drop down that says edit and delete? like i said im still getting adjusted and dunno if what we are looking at or supposed to be looking at are different....

ok im not sure if the delete is not gonna be used for regular users or what but can you use the edit function? if you can for now just edit posts you want to delete and say "DELETED" or pm me a message of posts you would like to delete and i will delete them for you if i am capable

thats fine, but will result in A LOT more work for you MOD if everyone does that so I wouldnt suggest anyone asks you in PM to do that

I am using IE and all of the posts are just in the middle section of the page with 3-4 inches of black screen on each side instead of using the full page like the old forum. Is this going to be fixed?

It's annoying to have to scroll constantly to read all of the posts.

i have had issues with joining FC and cannot access pre sale stuff right now however while running thru the beta version of the site the first time we saw it i believe they mentioned that the code would be on the right side of the screen in a very obvious place or something...maybe that is sitll being finalized and its not there yet...maybe bigdw could offer you more help since he should have access to that part of the site....hope it helps somewhat
