Keith Jardine Mousasi was a draw due to a point deduction so technically

Mousasi = Keith Jardine > Long time reigning champ Chuck Liddel

so you're right thank you. Can a mod please rename this thread All Aboard the Mousasi 2013 Long TIme Reigning Champ Hype Train

    Keith Jardine > Mousasi.

LOL Did you watch that fight? Was one of the biggest judging fails ever.

I haven't seen much of this guy but he definitely has a good resume outside of the UFC. I don't see why he wouldn't come to the UFC.

    ???

lol uhh did you see the fight?

wasn't a judging fail at all imo

Keith won round one and Gegard was also deducted a point 10-8 Keith and then Gegard went on to dominate after that.

I don't know man. I seemed shocked when they called it a draw. Maybe I need to rewatch though.

Couldn't find a pic but have been a fan ever since the Sobral staredown where instead of eye contact he just looked into the camera making a face like a shy ostrich.

Mousasi will be a great addition he beatdown Jardine even tho it was a draw but I was expecting him to finish him before the fight. Honestly I think unless he works on his wrestling he isn't gonna make top 5 Jones, Rashad and Gus would just take him down if they had to and if he fights like he did against Keith I also have Lil Nog, Glover, Shogun and Rampage beating him.
    Bet Record- 74-41

Mousasi, Struve and Ishii have been training a lot together. Struve's reach and Ishii's judo have probably provided great opportunities for Mousasi to become more prepared for what's to come in the ufc.

I would also mention that he beat the K-1 Heavyweight Champion in a kickboxing fight.

Honestly I think unless he works on his wrestling he isn't gonna make top 5 Jones, Rashad and Gus would just take him down

    He doesn't need to.
King Mo - a dominant wrestler - had him on his back for 5 rounds and Moussasi almost finished him from the bottom. Not only that - he didn't even have a scratch on his face.

I see him beating Shogun, Rampage, Gus and perhaps even Machida, although that would be one hell of a fight!

I could see shogun and page. Gus would be tough, but he could definitely make it interesting. I'd like to see him fight twice in the ufc before he gets machida.

lol wheel talk Gegard only has 1 loss in like his last 18 fights or something and he got laid and still did the most damage. I'd be okay with anything but a title shot including filling in for Hendo.

I disagree he has to improve to take the belt not to take credit from him he might have nearly finished but still lost to King Mo, Jardine was able to take him down too so I think Rampage would give him a tough fight since he wouldn't have to worry about Gegards TDs and could use his own wrestling.

Jones is bigger than all these guys and has good cardio the way I see it he will just beat him down on the ground and Rashad will lay on him to a UD.

He didn't lose to King Mo. He beat him, but the judges robbed him and gave the decision to Mo.

I've been on the hype train for a long time now. I'd be happy to make it official.
I am an idiot for thinking GSP could finish the P4P GOAT Nick Diaz within 5 rounds
