At what point does Dana stop Calling his fighters "Kid"?

I understand Dana is old and some fighters are young... but I swear he's called 30+ year olds 'kid' numerous times.
During post and prefight conferences he refers to many of his fighters as 'kid'.
"this kid is good man" "The kid deserves a shot" "hes a tough kid" etc.

I can understand Dana calling anyone at FW or lower "kid" because of their size, but seriously he's called 30 year old Heavyweights kid.

Though I've never heard him refer to a few fighters as "kid"

Whats the big deal, its just slang. Im a 26 year old man and call my friends "kid" and they do the same.

I work with all people older then me and have heard it there.

i'm pretty sure he calls everyone a kid at some point, i remember him calling JDS kid.

but if they are all kids, he should call flyweighters baby boys or something like

Probably when those fighters are older than him. There kids compared to him.

He calls them kid because they're probably new to UFC, he doesn't call the veterans kid. But then again he call McDonald kid too, he's young but still a veteran... so I don't know.. who cares. But yea... if I were them I wouldn't like being called kid, a little disrespectful.
