hmm just sounds like rumors to me after translating.

-The UFC already has 3 events planned in April.
-I don't think SVT Swedish TV would have the jump on other sources, could be wrong.
-The UFC usually plans events farther ahead. I think we would know already.
-I think they'll give Gus a more winnable fight and don't think they would give Mousasi such a high ranked opponent in his first fight. Just my opinion. Hope I'm wrong though cause i love this match up.

I think Phil's wrestling may be too strong for Gegard.

I agree about the fight though. Wouldn't make much sense for Gus to fight Gegard when he's being talked about getting a title shot after his win over Shogun.

Gegard would get handled by Davis, I think Gustafsson vs Mousasi is suck a sick stylistic matchup along with Gegard calling him out that it has to happen. I favor Gustafsson a little everywhere he's just beaten the better fighters and looked a lot more impressive as of late, a little bigger and younger too.

What about Mous vs the loser of Hendo/Machida? I know he's coming off a win, but who the hell was the guy he fought? And Hendo/Machida are still 2 high profile LHWs. Gus is on the verge of a title shot. Matching him against Mous just doesnt seem right to me. Although it would be a great fight to watch.

I hate fights like this where both fighters are title shot worthy, but one will get eliminated.
Jones has fought almost everybody in the division. You can't make these kind of fights.

Everybody wants to see Gus vs Jones, but we might not get to see it.
If Moussasi wins, it will take Gus another year or more to secure himself a title shot.

But yeah - it surely will be a great fight.

Ahhhh What about Hendo? If he beats Machida he should get the shot he already was given. He's older than either of these guys, a legend, and IMO has the best chance, so if he beats the guy who put up a good fight against Jones, he needs the damn title shot.

Edit- give the winner of Gus/Mous the next chance and give Cormier time for a HW bout or two before he takes on his sketchy weight cut.

That would be awesome. I believe if Hendo wins then its an automatic titleshot.

Winner of Gus/Mous vs Cormier makes sense, but I cant see how Cormier loses unless the weight cut ravishes him.
