After losing the heavyweight belt to Cain Velasquez at UFC 155, Junior dos Santos claimed that the personal problems hindered because he was physically well. The fact is that in interview on Huck's Cauldron, the Santa Catarina revealed that split from Vilsana Piccozi, with whom he was married for ten years.

"She is the most important person in my life is the person who cares for me and I want to take care of her forever. But not love her more as a woman, "said the athlete the program's website.

The heavyweight, who lives in Salvador, Bahia, met his ex-wife at the time worked as a waiter and even thought of becoming a MMA fighter. Now he has the support of the family to recover the lost title in December last year.

"I want to fight him again. Even if it was not for the belt I wanted to fight him, that's not fought again. He was there physically but not mentally. "

Depois de perder o cinturão dos pesados para Cain Velasquez, no UFC 155, Junior Cigano alegou que problemas pessoais o atrapalharam, pois estava bem fisicamente. O fato é que, em entrevista ao programa Caldeirão do Huck, o catarinense revelou que se separou de Vilsana Piccozi, com quem foi casado durante dez anos.

“Ela é a pessoa mais importante da minha vida, é a pessoa que cuida de mim e eu quero cuidar dela pra sempre. Mas não a amo mais como mulher”, declarou o atleta ao site do programa.

O peso-pesado, que mora em Salvador, na Bahia, conheceu a ex-mulher na época em que trabalhava como garçom e sequer pensava em ser lutador de MMA. Agora, ele conta com o apoio da família para recuperar o título perdido em dezembro do ano passado.

“Eu quero lutar com ele de novo. Mesmo se não fosse pelo cinturão eu queria lutar com ele, por que da outra vez não lutei. Estava lá fisicamente, mas mentalmente não”.

i have...no shes not arriany, no shes no brittany palmer...but they were together becouse they loved eachother....love is more than physical and more than just on the outside...maybe you have never felt the deep bond of love that transends physical....

A couple factors I think, even Cain fans love JDS and wondered where he was that night. Anyone who lost the love of their life amongst having physically abnormalities might not be at 100%. However this just means a great unification bout. JDS will win one or two fights and then take his title back, or not... we'll see I guess

The same could be said about Cain? Remember his mile long excuse train? Even though both guys were hurt in the first fight. JDS said some facts, people can accept them or not. His fans and the UFC still like to know what happened, he just explained it, and life goes on, let's not dwell on it. =)

Yeah I am mad. He had a wife who supported him when he was just a Gypsy bum waiter. So he gains some fame and fortune, and leaves her? So he can get some new tail?

How is that in any way respectable? He also has dumb Nard Huggers, who are saying " Poor Junior."

All to try and taint Cain's Epic and Glorious beatdown he but on him.

I am not even a fan of Cain, but what Junior did and is doing is B.S.

I hope he gets mamed in his rematch or he gets AIDS chasing that new tail in Sao Paulo.
