Three things to say about this. First Dana is full of s**t and would say anything to get people talking about 'superfights' if his name is involved. Second, Brock and Fedor are retired and neither have any interest in coming back. Third, close only counts in Horseshoes and hand grenades, it happened or it didn't and it clearly didn't. Dana couldn't trash Fedor enough when he couldn't sign him, but now he thinks people are as stupid as he is and believe anything he says, so every few months comes out with some ridiculous BS like this.
If fedor had wanted to fight the best he would have came to the ufc but he went with strike force and didnt do so well there either hes not the best deal with it

When Brock first won the title, Fedor was still the GOAT. The UFC ducked Pride after Liddell got beat by Rampage.

Fedor would literally bury Mir by simply using punches. He coiuld only be allowed to throw hands and would still whoop him.

Fedor would hit Brock one time and he would turtle up blee dat, as far as Bigfoot goes, he couldn't even stand up let alone fight one more round so he got lucky with that doctor stoppage.
Brock would've smothered Fedor, not far off from what he did to Mir and what Bigfoot did to Fedor as well. I'm amazed that people still cling to the Fedor mythos, claiming that he would've come back and won the Bigfoot fight (and that it was a bad doctor stoppage, nonetheless). They're the same ones who claim he wasn't out against Henderson (and that Hendo illegally spiked Fedor) and that Fedor was "tricked" by Fabricio Werdum.
I wish Brock would've had several more fights in the UFC as well, but his disease really did him in. He never would've been a complete fighter and probably wouldn't have gotten the belt ever again, but he was entertaining and did great PPV numbers.
If Big Boot can take Fedor down, Brock certainly can. If Mir can't survive Brock's beatings on the gorund without the help of the Ref, Fedor can't either.

The Fedor of the past 10 years doesn't belong in the UFC. He'd be the new Cro Cop, only with record far worse than 3 and 4. Fedor has been a joke every since he had to resort to beating a mediocre MW in '07. Fedor would be 1 and done in the UFC. There isn't a single UFC HW he could beat. Hell, he'd be an underdog against any fighter on the UFC roster in any division. Mighty Mouse, Uncle Creepy>Fedor.
