Cain was born and raised in the US, which makes him 100% American. Everybody in the US has some heritage, that's what makes America. There isn't any true US ethnicity.
Why would a be jealous about an American fighter or a Mexican fighter? I'm Polish/European, it makes no difference to me whether the champ is american, mexican or venezuelan. It's all foreigners to me. But Cain is more American than he is Mexican.
