    Gunnar will dominate tommorow he's a beast but he's in a stacked division with a lot of wrestlers so hopefully he is working on his striking otherwise he will likely struggle against the top guys he can't get down to submit.

    guy does have good standup, i think mills might go undefeated this year as well, hes very talented but just not rorys level in the grappling department and i reckon rory would tool most of the wrestlers just like gsp does at ww.

    he should work on his wrestling, look what happened to Maia, he started focusing on stand up and messed things up. Nelson should be training wrestling like crazy.

    did you see his weigh-in? he doesn't give a KITTENS for anything, it looks like he taking a walk at the park, and he does the same inside the octagon

    i don't think he'll need a second round... and actually i believe he'll win by TKO, started with a high kick.

    nelson has a decent karate background where as maia had no real stand up experience prior to mma.

    I get what you're saying and agree takedowns would definitely help his game but it wouldn't hurt to keep working his striking too. I'm not saying it is too bad for a guy like Santiago and he should become primarily a striker like Maia thought he was for a time, he should just keep improving there so he has a backup plan incase he gets matched up with someone he can't/will struggle to get down guys like Koscheck, Hendricks etc.

    yea he's primarily known for his ground game (sick with the submissions), but Im really impressed with his stand-up as well. If he cant get it to the ground I really like his chances at a tko/ko.

    Oh I just updated the list of talent at 170... and it seems to me that there is more talented fighters at 170 then there is in any TWO divisions, COMBINED!!!

    He has never fought a guy as good as Jorge. Cant say the same for Jorge. He has fought and beaten way tougher opponents.

    There's only a list of fighters that could beat GSP because he's not on Anderson's level. If Anderson dropped down we'd be talking about how weak WW was within a year.

    If GSP went up to MW and Anderson left the division we'd be talking about how stacked MW is and how GSP vs Alan Belcher would be an amazing match up
