All I can think is, god I wish Cruz would just come back already.

Both guys (Barao and McDonald) looked very beatable tonight.

Barao gonna make Cruz wish he never faked his injury. Beatable? Barao is unbeatable.

Has a killer camp to master his craft. Has excellent low kicks mixed in with his spinning attack. Has powerful hooks, knows how to keep good range and distance in both striking and defending takedowns, has good cardio/size and has one of the nastiest ground games in the UFC.

Cruz can't strike or wrestle with this guy and im counting down the days we get to see Renan strangle him. Cruz is doing a lot more talking than fighting these days..

Barao is top 3 of being most overrated fighter in the UFC, amongst Jon Jones, and Ronda Rousey.
Once Cruz comes back, he'll expose Barao as being a decent fighter, not a great fighter. He is good, but to think 20 of his 30 wins are against anything but Cans no one has ever heard of, is laughable to say the least.

I was thinking the same thing....The only way i see Barao winning is late in the fight with a TD to a sub and even then i don't really see it happening. Other than that i think Cruz has it for sure (barring ring rust or him not being the same after the injury.)

Anyone who thinks any fighter is unbeatable hasn't a clue about combat sports. Not a single clue.

Yes, Cruz is one of the most underrated champions ever, I'd even go as far as to say he could beat Aldo, sure that might sound dramatic, but he already has beaten the best flyweight in the world (Mighty Mouse), he is the best bantamweight champion, and I think he could be the best featherweight in the world, just my opinion

Any fighter is BEATABLE, there is no such thing as a unbeatable fighter. However just because Barao got hit, does not make him weak. I think he is a bad match up for CRUZ, and the best part is I don't think he fears CRUZ at all. CRUZ might get a victory on pints, but I don't think he stops Barao, whereas Barao can stop CRUZ in many ways.

Macdonald is under-rated he has been on a tear and has serious power, Barao was just too much in the end he ate all of his best shots and survived to win Cruz would struggle with Mayday aswell imo so it means nothing.

i think even a 100% healthy Cruz would have the fight of his life with Barao, coming off a knee injury he'll lose. I thought Barao looked really good against McDonald, who i tink would wreck Cruz.
