With the talk lately about Silva (p4p 1) vs. Jones (p4p 2) and Silva (p4p1) vs. GSP (p4p 3), I was wondering how many times in MMA history a fight has happened betweened two p4p top 5 guys
This could include 2 people fighting in the same division. The only fight I could think of would be the second GSP/Penn fight. GSP was about number 2 at the time and Penn about 5

GSP was 3 and Penn was 4...that was def the last time two p4p top 5 guys fought...I'd say Fedor/Big Nog was the only other one in recent times
1. Fedor - Quite simply the greatest fighter in the sport.
2. Anderson Silva - The most dominant figher in all of UFC.
3. Georges St. Pierre - The most athletic fighter in all of MMA.
4. B.J. Penn - The Prodigy is skilled in all disciplines of MMA.
5. Miguel Torres - Incredibly talented athletes. He works on all skills and is equally competent in each.
6. Rashad Evans - Rashad earned his jump into the top ten with impressive wins over The Iceman and Forrest Griffin. Evans is an undefeated champion with room to improve.
7. Lyoto Machida - Incredible fighter. Gets a bad rap as a boring fighter yet no one wants to fight him. His resume proves he deserves a title shot.
8. Forrest Griffin - Despite the loss to Evans, Forrest still ranks as one of the top Light Heavyweights in the world. He will be back.
9. Rampage Jackson - A very impressive win over the Axe Murderer, Rampage may be the next challenger for Rashad Evans.
10. Rich Franklin - Rich is extremely skilled. The only fighter that stands in his way is Anderson Silva.

Gracie was always smaller than his opponents,so he was facing a guy considered the best out of his weight class.
Of late ,i see so many people with grossly over rated views of p4p fighters,so really NONE in modern era.
I truly believe we will see a couple, the UFC is running out of ways to raise their profits at venues. Also the SUPER fights tend to raise the eye brows of casual media and fans.

Rampage was not #1 I think but I remember Hendo being a top 3 guy at the time of the fight
