Help Mangasm out

I'm in a nonfiction writing class right now, and I have a "literary journalism" assignment coming up. The long and short of it is I can write on whatever the hell I want, and I've decided to highlight the career of an mma fighter, the way I did in my Lesnar thread (http://forums.ufcfightclub.com/discussion/124238).

The thing is, most of the class aren't exactly mma fans so I'll need someone interesting enough for non UFC fans to enjoy. I don't really wanna do Lesnar again, and guys like Silva and GSP aren't that exciting to non fans.

I'm looking for some suggestions on guys with interesting careers to write about. I'm leaning towards Bob Sapp right now, but I've also considered some guys like Tank Abbott or Butterbean. Wanna help me out in choosing a fun career? I'll show me appreciation by posting the final paper here for you fine folks

General cockiness and the comedy ensuing by him getting tooled by a big underdog and going on to lose 4 out 5 fights.

Definitely serious. Everyone portrays him as some kind tough guy hooligan hero figure. Everyone claims he's got such big balls to commit that robbery. It doesn't take big balls to waste your talent and life because you wanted an easy way out by being a thief. ANYONE can rob, it takes a real man to work for it clean.

The real hero tough guy is the guy that works a 9-5 just scraping by and taking care of thier family and still finds the time and dedication to become a pro fighter and work thier way up to the highest levels of the sport.
