if they ever start testing the refs for peds then maybe. but the refs arent part of the ufc thats why they ref in a multitude of organizations i believe?

Refs are employed by athletic commissions, so each state licences refs individually. The UFC controls them only when going overseas where there isn't a commission to oversee the event.

mistakes happen. No big deal, Dan is a good ref and I hope they keep him around for a long time.
