UFC Fighters Nationality Diversity:

When it comes to the nationality of fighters some countries are dominant. United States and Brazil are undisputed in the quality and quantity of fighters.
Then we have other countries which have many known fighters like Japan, Canada, UK, Sweden, Mexico, South Korea, Australia, Netherland, Russia which are quite involved in MMA and especially UFC( I might have missed a few countries in this second group).

Then we have the third list of countries who have no more than a few known fighters like France( Cheick Kongo), Siyar Bahadurzada( Afghanistan), Reza Madadi (Iran) , Gegard Mousasi( Iran),Armenia , Vietnam( Kung Le), Cuba( Lombard) and some others.

How many UFC fighters or better to say country have I missed?

Nedkov's from Bulgaria, Siver and Krauss are German, Tuck is from Guam

Did I use P4P in my comment that I did not know? In my book Brazil and USA are on the top by landslide and I am a Canadian.

There's 17 UK fighters currently still in the UFC, 3 got cut.

I think we'll see some more UK fighters cut in the next few months, but hopefully some new UK signings too

I was sure more got cut than that. Maybe I'm including stuff that happened last year. Sometimes there's so long between a guy's fights that I lose track of things

The list of nationality of fighters is so limited that I am kind of amazed. China has one fighter. India none( that is almost half of the planet earth population). Not many Thai fighters either when Muay Thai is a respected aspect of martial arts.

How is there not one fighter from India? Also, are there any fighters from Africa or Central America? Seems like all the top fighters are basically in 2 countries (Brazil and U.S.). I still am not completely sure why that is. I'm guessing it's because America has a huge pool of top wrestlers and Brazil has a huge pool of top jiu-jitsu guys. Also, Brazil and U.S. have a bigger interest in MMA
