Why are you posting VERY old posts on fights that happened years ago?
Sylvia was a roider and it was obvious when the change in him happened,It was also obvious at how crap he became after being caught.
Mir is no different really,he thinks he is better than he is and more often than not,he does not think smart in the ring,he either underrates his opponent or over rates his own skills.
Mir could be the 10/10 BJJ guy in the UFC,but when he is as slow as a turtle and as athletic as a 500 lb burger eating Sumo,it takes thaT 10/10 and turns it into a 6/10.

Well, at least Frank Mir won that fight (and in convincing fashion). His trash talk before the second Lesnar fight at UFC 100 was incredible - he was basically saying that Lesnar was an overrated brainless hulk with athleticism but no legitimate fighting abilities. That may have been true then as it is now, but it didn't stop him from getting his face pounded in.
