Diaz: Hell no, I'm not guaranteeing that. They're probably not even gonna test us up here.

Calling it right now. Even if he somehow finds a way to win, it'll be overturned, due to a failed drug test.

    Even though I think marijuana use is a remarkably foolish recreational activity, I think it's equally foolish for athletic commissions to include it on their "banned substances" list. I grew up in a smaller town with a ton of pot smokers... heck, half the kids in my high school smoked the stuff, although I never tried it (I never understood the intrigue). There were a number of kids who were totally burned out by the time they were 18. From what I've seen, I have to agree with Dana White and say that marijuana is the exact opposite of a performance enhancing drug. If I was a mixed martial artists, I'd love it if my opponent smoked a ton of weed before the fight.

    I'm guessing Nick does some sort of detox regimen. I know people who try all those system flushing products and have passed pre-employment drug screenings despite having smoked marijuana in the previous week or two.

    If he thinks when someone travels north To Canada then the laws changes for softer regulations then he has misjudged the situation (Again) . I do not believe that Nick is that Naive. If he tests positive again then he is insulting the fans and haters of himself equally.

    Just for everyones info, I am a pothead myself and will consider Diaz the champ if he wins and doesn't piss clean (for weed).

    I just find that he's made a few statements in the last day or two that make me believe that he doesn't know if he'll piss clean or not.

    my guess is he received the medical exemption so when the pee does come back + he'll be ok. I bet he's been clean for a couple weeks in preparation of the fight that's why he's not guaranteeing he'll be clean.

    in the end though... the rules state not to do it so don't do it.

    It wouldn't shock me. Dana said in the presser, that when he made the fight with Georges, he knew what he was getting into with Diaz.

    The only problem with that, is the Athletic Commission. They will probably suspend him for even longer this time (if he test positive, obviously), meaning he could be out for anywhere 18-24 months.

    Not really the cash cow, required, to be Dana's BF
