I read an interview leading up to his fight and he said he was gonna be the better fighter since he trains with the best (EdGOAT, Alvarez, Barboza, etc.) and I thought that it could help him but I knew Peralta was a beast and was expecting him to get a KO win.
But damn Akira looked pretty good for a guy that barely got past Andy Ogle (Largely due to ring rust). I was never a fan of him on TUF 14 but he looks like he can be a possible contender in an already stacked division full of contenders.
