    UFC 244 Whole dam event

OK, major revision here and what a difference a few announcements (and 5 minutes of wikipedia) in one day can make. I now give you yet another best-case-scenario card which could realistically happen based on the current landscape, and if Endeavor wanted to stack the **** out of this event. Of course, this will NOT happen, but it can and it should, so with that, here is a full card if UFC NY went balls-out this year, still without major New Yorkers such as JBJ and Weidman: MAIN CARD: Kamaru Usman Vs. Colby Covington - It doesn't seem like it could headline such a card, but that's what some said about Jones Vs. Santos too. The 'grudge match' factor would be major as well. Jorge Masvidal Vs. Leon Edwards - This event would be like a WW GP, and this would certainly define a #1 contender. Frankie Edgar Vs. Urijah Faber 2 - At Bantamweight, why not? Johnny Walker Vs. Corey Anderson - This one is actually official Julianna Peña Vs. Yana Kunitskaya - You need to throw some gals in their and they could open the main card a la Waterson Vs. Herrig for 229 PRELIMS (yes with 5 fights dammit, and they would be able to say BEST PRELIMS OF ALL TIME): Stephen Thompson Vs. Rafael Dos Anjos - WW GP Aljamain Sterling Vs. Petr Yan - New Yorker Vs. Russian in NY ffs Derrick Lewis Vs. Blagoy Ivanov - Official Al Iaquinta Vs. Dan Hooker - Unlikely, but damn I wish Greg Hardy Vs. Jairzinho Rozenstruik - I know they can stick Hardy much higher on a ESPN+ card but they can also stack this **** to the roof! EARLY PRELIMS (most unlikely btw) Mickey Gall Vs. Mike Perry - They both aren't as popular as they have been in the past tbh Gregor Gillespie Vs. Charles Oliveira - I would want to see this anywhere Zubaira Tukhugov Vs. Shane Burgos - Another Russian vs. New Yorker Gian Villante Vs. Dalcha Lungiambula - Gian would be fed to a wolf, but he's a Long Islander dammit So there it is UFC community, they CAN do this, but they won't and I even understand why. That said, this would be a badass card, now OPINE They're already announcing or rumoring some barnburners for this one so with what's been in the mill, how much can they stack his card realistically? Here's an idea for the main card so far: Usman Vs. Covington Derrick Lewis Vs. Blagoy Ivanov Johnny Walker Vs. Corey Anderson RDA Vs. Wonderboy Mickey Gall Vs. Mike Perry Come to think of it, that main card could definitely improve, but so many other stars are or will be booked. 244 could use Jon Jones who has yet to fight in MSG but he might be aiming for December, and 241-243 have all the other names booked. This card would also need some New yorkers peppered in as well, like your Iaquintas, Gregor Gillespie, Jim Miller with the turnaround, etc. Weidman is also booked, Aljo sterling might hold out for the belt, so they'll have to look elsewhere to fill it. Even the Russians are taken for 242. Ok, enough of this droning, thoughts on he potential event so far?

    UFC Australia Supershowdown

PPV-wise I agree, it's not touching previous AUS events, I was referring more to the record for stadium capacity for MMA. Even then it's a longshot though.

    UFC Australia Supershowdown

BUMPPPPPPP!!!!!!! It's now official. Only change I'd make: Have Tuivasa fight Greg ****in Hardy, although Tuivasa has already been booked for this card vs. some guy.

Askren is going to make this look easy, folks.

You sir are the master of stupid chit

    UFC Australia Supershowdown

Alright you crikey ****s, with another stadium show all but confirmed down under for later this year, its time for another best-case scenario potential fantasy card. Here's the Australian version of UFC 198: Main Card: MW Championship: Robert Whittaker Vs. Israel Adesanya FTW Championship: Max Holloway Vs. Alexander Volkanovski FTW: Megan Anderson Vs. Cat Zingano II HW: Tai Tuivasa Vs. Justin Willis FLW: Jessica Rose Clark Vs. Talita Bernardo Prelims: LHW: Jim Crute Vs. Nikita Krylov LHW: Tyson Pedro Vs. Misha Cirkunov LW: Daniel Hooker Vs. Gregor Gillespie FLW: Nadia Kassem Vs. Rachel Ostovich FLW: Kai Kara France Vs. Ashkan Mokhtarian Earlies: WW: Jake Matthews Vs. Belal Muhammad FTW: Shane Young Vs. Alex Caceres FTW: Suman Mokhtarian Vs. Austin Arnett LW: Alex Gorgees Vs. Callan Potter Thoughts? A card like that would pack that stadium, maybe more than Ronda did. That's a card where you grab yer bloomin onions and a few 40 oz. cans of Foster and watch the fireworks.

Best possible Fight Week main card

Tbf you can say the same about 99% of the fights available for Jon, but A. he’s fighting someone and B. unless Conor’s on it, it’s a main event.

Best possible Fight Week main card

Or you know what? We throw Ben Askren on there as well somewhere and just call it UFC 235 part 2, it sells over a Mil. UFC marketing, I’ll take my checks in a lumpsum, thank you.

Best possible Fight Week main card

With the UFC schedule panned out until right before fight week, we’re starting to get a better idea of the upcoming big fights and when they’re happening. Seeing as how fight week is built for stacking, I present the best possible card given the current landscape. Of course I always post these and the end result is always noticeably different, but one can always dream. With that, would something along these lines crack 800,000+ buys? If they stay healthy, I don’t know why the UFC wouldn’t go balls out like this, but we know they won’t. 3 title fights ftw: Main Card: Jon Jones vs. Thiago Santos (LHW Title) - Unless JBJ and DC agree to fight at heavyweight Daniel Cormier vs. Brock Lesnar/Francis Ngannou (HW Title) - Brock is obviously the first choice, but Francis may have rebounded from the Stipe match and he’s gotten 2 big wins since. That said, DC would probably wrestle**** him worse than Stipe. JDS gets winner Kamaru Usman Vs. Colby Covington (WW Title) Johnny Walker vs. Jan Blachowicz - Johnny may fight in May in Brazil and again in July, then again maybe the week after. But in all seriousness, if he steamrolls his next opponent, a title shot should be next, even if it’s a bit premature. Zabit vs. Brian Ortega/Frankie Edgar - Similar to Johnny, another big win for Zabit and he would be close to contention. ———————————— Not a bad fight week given the current “stars” available. Diaz bros are kinda gone, Conor’s got more legal issues, Ramadan for khabib, no more GSP, etc. No chicks on the main card either since they all fight in June, and Amanda wants to go end of the year. Any better suggestions?

Schevchenko defends her title at UFC 238

They could have Colby fight in Chicago again for the real title this time, but that leaves even less to stack the fight week card with. Bones would almost certainly headline fight week, and possibly DC as well.

    UFC 237 Brazil done right

    UFC 237 Brazil done right

Another fantasy card, in an alternative universe where the event would've stayed at the 40,000+ capacity stadium and the UFC decided to go hard AF. Given the current day scenarios of upcoming fights and situations, this is another theoretical card of what the UFC could do but probably will not do. Anyways, here's what I think would be the sickest possible card for that event in May, worthy of beating UFC 198: Main Card: Marlon Moraes Vs. TJ Dillashaw © - Have this supplement the other title match, and help this event. Have TJ defend. Jessica Andrade Vs. Rose Namajunas © Anderson Silva Vs. Jared Cannonier Jose Aldo Vs. Alexander Volkanovski - Aldo called for this Rafael Dos Santos Vs. Santiago Ponzinibbio Prelims: Johnny Walker Vs. Jan Blachowicz - If Walker steamrolls Cirkunov, which he might. Shogun Rua Vs. Glover Texeira - Obligatory legend vs legend match Kron Gracie Vs. Ryan Hall - BJJ mastery in Brazil Little Nog Vs. Ryan Spann Prelim Prelims: Thiago Alves Vs. Diego Sanchez - How have these 2 never fought? Marcos Rosa Mariano Vs. Jared Gordon - Mariano looked good vs lando til he got tapped, and Gordon is 0-2 vs brazilians in his last 2 fights. Ariane Lipski Vs. Mara Romero Borella Bethe Correa Vs. Irene Aldana Thoughts? Brazilians go undefeated?

    New UFC Championship Belt Unveiled

Might be a dumb ****in question but I've been trying to find this online and I haven't been able to, but what damn year did the belt that we all know debut? I remember seeing it even back when tito fought shamrock in like 2002, but when did that one make its first appearance?

What Country Will Be Next To Produce Their First UFC Champion?

I meant close as in they were one win away from gold. I'm more of a drinker, don't smoke too often.

What Country Will Be Next To Produce Their First UFC Champion?

The real question is when/who will be the first-ever Brazilian UFC Welterweight champ. It's the only major title not one by one of them, and only T. Alves, Maia and RDA have come somewhat close. Although neither one of them is a 'natural' WW. At the moment, Vicente Luque looks like the best candidate but I don't even think he's ranked.
