Lesnar not winning would be the absolute dumbest thing they could possibly do.

But you never know, this is a very unpredictable sport!

How

He beat up Cena for the entire match. Cena got one AA in the middle, and got the STF near the end. Those were, as far as I can remember, literally his only offensive spots of the entire match.

After Lesnar landed on his face at Wrestlemania XIX, I don't think we'll be seeing any more shooting star presses from him.

i didnt even know about that

just watched the highlights of that

WAR LESNAR.

Lesnar_zps9180c6a9.jpg

Remember that time I predicted Brock would take out the Undertaker too?

He threw Cena for 80. Literally. LMAO.. that type of **** will make me watch wrestling on the regular again. I need a strong asswhoopin laid on somebody like that, and I'm down.

Dude needs to stop messing around and get back to UFC. Would be kinda fun to see him work his way up the ranks.

Lesnar v Schaub would be perfect.

What exactly did Brenden Schaub ever do to you and was it really that bad??

Lol this. I mean I'm with you Bubba, seeing Schaub get brutally knocked out is always hilarious. I'm not sure how comfortable I am watching him die though.

After that beating Cena took, I'm convinced he would body half the UFC too. lol... definitely Brenden Schaub at the very least.

Lesnar would F-5 the hell out of most of the bums in the UFC heavweight division. I'm pretty sure Brock could KO Schaub shadow-boxing lol. He's terrible.

To be honest, i just looked up whoever was number 15 in the rankings.

Now the HW division is a bit stronger it would be interesting to see Brock work his way up the division.

Looks like he's got decent submission defence anyway  <_<

Lol. I'm surprised he wasn't awarded a black belt in BJJ after breaking out of an STF.

Jones and Ronda were at the show, pics and videos there ^

Apparently Ronda is a huge WWE fan. Sort of makes sense, I always get the feeling she sort of has a WWE bad guy persona, and not overly sure how real the way she acts is. Or alternatively, she is actually bat**** crazy.

I think the same about Jones. It's like he's just turned heel in the past 6 months.

Can you see any other WWE stars making the transition to MMA? He's left it way too late, but Kurt Angle could have probably competed as a decent MW or LHW.

I'm not at all up to date with who is in WWE currently, so I couldn't rightly say. Kurt Angle could've been an absolute boss though, I'll agree with you there.

It's tough to say because wrestlers don't usually go straight to RAW anymore. They go to NXT and that's where you find younger guys who could have a chance at an MMA career

Haven't watched WWE since about 2003 - stumbled over the last few minutes of RAW the other day, seems to be all the same people. They had Roddie Piper, Hulk Hogan, Brock and Cena in a ring. Is the Undertaker still floating around too?? Ridiculous.

That was just a tribute because it was Hulk's birthday. I think that if you watch a regular show you won't recognize many people. Cena, Lesnar, Orton and Kane are the older dudes that still wrestle. Triple H is like the new Vince and sometimes also wrestles. The newer stars are Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Cesaro and Bray Wyatt

That's also where you find by far the best show WWE produces each week.

Piper was just brought in for that segment. He's not a regular. Hogan just shows up every so often to do a quick promo. He's not involved week to week.

Undertaker just wrestles once a year at Wrestlemania. He came back for a couple of weeks last May to help spike ticket sales on their UK tour, but otherwise, he's been just a Wrestlemania attraction for the last few years.

Jack Swagger was an all american amateur wrestler and is a legit 6'4-6'5. He could have been a beast at HW if he would have switched over right after college.

I opted to change the title of this thread to potentially keep it around for continued discussion.

I feel like a nerd posting in a WWE thread though...whereas when it was about Brock it was kind of cool.

The thread was always about WWE... We were just discussing Brock.

Don't wait for someone else's validation to do something you want to do. If you're mildly interested in pro wrestling that's no one's business. Let the haters hate B)

Exactly. After you post here long enough, someone will cry when you post no matter what.

Might as well say what the hell you want to say.

Cheers bro.  I'm just kidding with y'all.  I was a huge fan in the Stone Cold/Rock days but a bit too old and too married for it now I think.

Have tremendous respect for those involved though, some of them are ridiculously athletic.

Yeah, I also went through a phase that I didn't watch, but I came back because I simply enjoyed it and I stopped giving a **** about anyone's opinion. I think there are a lot of problems with pro wrestling though. The shows are too long and the matches are really predictable and repetitive

Btw, McMod. Do you think they should eliminate signature finishing moves? I think the matches would be a lot more entertaining if you knew there was a chance for a 3 count after any move.
