If enough people vote soccer, it is definitely a sign there are less Americans here than people from other regions.

It's definitely American Football as my favorite sport right now.  Baseball and basketball are tied for 2nd.  I'll watch most sports, but those 3 are my favorite outside of MMA.

Boxing, MMA, and American football are my favorites. In the 70's, 80's, and 90's hockey was GOAT.  I really like most sports as a casual fan.

Sorry, being slightly pedantic.  I'm a big fan of watching MMA, but have never ever participated (and probably never will).

Equally, i love snowboarding, but don't enjoy watching it so much.

That said, soccer would be my favourite as either a participant or a spectator so not really sure why i bothered to make the distinction!

Only in MMA I know I'm watching 2 cans, and still like it.

I voted boxing because I used to box.  I can't say I watched much of it, though.  It's kinda' boring.  I like watching the SuperBowl, because it happens just once a year.  I don't have the time or patience to follow a sport, though.

I watched a lot of skateboarding videos as a kid.  I haven't seen one in about two decades, but I guess I've probably followed that sport more than anything else besides MMA.

Lol, I admit it takes alot of talent to do what they do at the speeds they do it at but it is quite possibly the most boring motorsport going.  Lawnmower racing is p4p compared to NASCAR

NASCAR is the only co-ed professional sport, and I never really saw as being more athletic than technical, but I added it to the poll since it is so huge.  I totally forgot about it.

i dont even know how nascar is considered a sport.  you just sit down and just drive a car in a circle barely even moving. .  poker is more physical then that for **** sakes why isnt poker a sport?  theres alot more to poker than just making left turns on your steering wheel while holding down the accelerator or brake.

There are two criteria for what is a sport:-

You can't do it very well in normal shoes

You can't do it whilst smoking

Therefore darts doesn't make the cut I'm afraid.  Neither does snooker or pool.  Ice hockey does...but barely...

It's binary - either a sport, or not.

Can you do nascar in your own shoes? Yes

Can you do it whilst smoking? Yes

Therefore not a sport. Apologies.

im pretty sure that there are regulations prohibiting smoking in nascar races. even if there werent, nobody would bother doing it when races and finishing positions can sometimes be measured in the milliseconds and the slightest reaction or movement could have an effect on your race.

but i'd like to see them try it anyways

You play?

Gutting man. Position were you in 11? I play both 5 a side and 11. Like 5's for my fitness, love 11 for the skill and it's just generally better. Have to find a new 11's team though because was playing for Uni and obviously not eligible now I've graduated.
