Love the technology in this thing. The variable ratio rocker arm deal is super interesting. Everything looks like it's all about being compact and efficient without sacrificing power potential.

I bet any big power builds are going to be super streetable with all of that adjustability/tunability integrated right in there.

If I ever become a millionaire, I'm just going to buy a brand new Lambo and let Underground Racing take delivery of it and put some twins on there

Right? Definitely purpose built, I'd be shocked if it was even streetable.

It doesn't sound like it makes full boost until 3rd gear!

Yeah I don't think the AWD would hook up otherwise.  Although it could be a rear wheel only setup, then it would definitely make sense to wait to crank it up to whatever insane boost level they hit.

They're based out of Charlotte which is about 2.5-3 hours away.  I've always wanted to show up and look at stuff, but I figure they wouldn't even kinda give me time of day.

I know lamborghini treats everybody that walks through their showroom doors as a potential customer. UGR might do the same. Even though it's rolls royce in this story, i know because of what happened lamborghini always shows respect to everyone that walks in.

I remember watching on youtube someone try to pull a prank and intentionally get kicked out of exotic car dealerships. What he'd do is pretend to be broke, and then have his buddy come pick him up in a different exotic car. I believe lamborghini were the only ones who always treated him with respect. I was impressed.

I didn't know what to think of both the new car and the motor, but I have been thoroughly impressed by both

I had this exact car in college, except it had gold striping....a old school runner for sure. I've had some nice muscle cars, but kids changed that game quick lol

I can see a short term backlash coming through from all the fickle interwebbers as the teething process happens and workshops find the weak links in these things. I bet the true potential for these things won't be found for another few years yet.

Took the car for it's first run at roll racing with the ls3, packed a little baby bottle with a 100 shot. Just seeing how it went really, super conservative.  Feels ever so slightly slower on a 100 shot then the other motor on a 150 shot... Got something like 8 sprayed runs in plus a bunch of nitrous powered rolling burnouts. May or may not have sprayed it on the street heading home too 😁Love how consistent it is with the nano system & how many passes I can get @sobercuban

Fuking streetspeed sold the Grandpa Vette

completely missed this post... and tbh with how clickbaity SS717 is I've always felt he's a massive Bull chit artist, I wouldn't be surprised if the whole time it was the other guy's build and ss717 was just talking like it was his to generate hype for the car and to help build the other guy's yt channel.

One of the last videos I saw before I unsubbed from ss717 was him talking about how the grandpa vette was "finished" but there was no point picking it up because of the weather etc... I don't know about you but if I have a 1500hp capable car I want that thing in my shed right now.

On top of that, there were videos of other people racing his car etc before he even got it... he literally had zero involvement besides taking it for a joyride a few times.

Every time he gets a car to a certain power level he seems to sell it off.  I bet the **** scared him, he's not a racer.
