Actually just rewatched it last night for the first time since it was in theaters to pepper my angus for the disappointment of episode 8 and it wasn't as turrible as I remember. Not sure if it was cause I watched it with the familia and they were surprisingly really into it but it made me appreciate it a bit more. If you can look passed the fact that it's a carbon copy of A New Hope, it's a fun ride and a good gateway to get casuals into it. Still would not bang tho 0/8
My main issue is the Carbon copy so I can't get over it. Fans wanted an original film and that's what they gave them. I can't really get into a misunderstood emo being the antagonist either.
I'm hoping however they just did this to get everybody onside, then they will make it there own in the next two.
Also, **** it, I enjoyed episode 3.
