Prediction Tournament XXIII - Winner - juice64011

Recommended Posts

WTG fell backwards into this thing.

I would've wiped the mat with most of these goofs. I eagerly await throttling one of them in a future tournament of champions.

Below is the schedule for upcoming events. As you can see we are flooded with fight cards for Nov/Dec and could easily fit in another tournament before the holidays if you guys want one. This question might need it's own thread to get any attention/feedback but I'll leave it here for now since there is ample time.

NOVEMBER 11 - UFC Fight Night 120 - Poirier vs Petis  (Last Match of Current Tournament)

NOVEMBER 18 - UFC Fight Night 121 - Werdum vs Tybura

NOVEMBER 25 - UFC Fight Night 122 - Silva vs Gastelum

DECEMBER 2 -   UFC 218 - Holloway vs Edgar

DECEMBER 9 -   UFC Fight Night 123 - Swanson vs Ortega

DECEMBER 16 - UFC Fight Night 124 - Lawler vs Dos Anjos

DECEMBER 30 - UFC 219 - TBD

I think it's a no brainer. Let's fit in another tournament then.

I'll win this one easy then defend my belt against the Great Cash flow to legitimize my championship

I'm not fighting you until you live up to the terms of our bet, son.

You have to erase your cookies.

It's showing up now. Had nothing to do with cookies, I logged out and back in from the account page before hand which showed it but not from the actual forum itself. So I logged out and back in from there and that actually did the trick, for future reference.

Not to mention the lock of the night for me Cutebala got pulled from the card, I get no make up pick offered. Then a DQ and a doctor stoppage both go against me too

theres a slim chance it may get overturned tho.

theres a slight possibility that harris may not have hit godbeer low.  if this was the case then there shouldnt have been any stoppage and that kick should have been legal.  but who knows how they'd rule that.  the ref did try to break up the fight. but that would have been his own mistake if the first shot wasnt low. theyre probably going to back the referees perspective, yeah he made an error that may have affected the kind of outcome of the fight but sometimes u just gotta deal with that.  the referee could have made a mistake in judgement, yeah thats understandable but its still up to the fighters to stop when the ref tells them to stop.  for that alone, its not going to make that head kick legal all of a sudden

however it still probably wouldnt get ruled into a tko win for harris. it would likely just be ruled a no contest. youre screwed either way wtg lol and the tournament will be over before they get around to disputing it, if they ever bother to

if they can show that the knee was legal theyd have a chance of getting it ruled no contest.  thats about the best outcome they could get

i think it may have been low though, but id have to watch it again

Wouldn't matter. Decision on fight night stands.

Post Event Result Changes: Fight results are considered locked at the end of the fight card, and will only be changed in the event of a mistake corrected that night (such as a miscalculated scorecard). If a fight is overturned by the commission at a later date, the fight night result will stand.

juice64011 defeats IRT (9-4)

TEAM JOLLDAN  jumped out to a great start with 8 wins to TEAM BEZERKER101's 4. This lead wouldn't last though when the quarter finals had both teams even at 3 players a piece. TEAM BEZERKER101 swept the round putting a stamp on the tournament victory. Out of matches between the two squads, TEAM BEZERKER101 edged out TEAM JOLLDAN 10-9. The latter enjoyed a slight edge in pick % while they had players in the tournament. But on to the man who made Prediction Tournament history!

juice64011 outscored his opponents 29-16 and went 75% (21/28)on his picks. He also picked up 1 KNOCKOUT OF THE NIGHT award, 1 FLAWLESS VICTORY award, 1 MOST PROFESSIONAL, MOST DEADLY award, and 2 THEY CAME TO BANG awards. He fought 3 TEAM JOLLDAN members in Fred_Flink_Stoned, bigdw35/Ufcfan_1, and Druncle_Polo and showed he was the best in the tournament early on which earned him a bye to the finals. That's where he met IRT and showed the forum why he is the winningest player in prediction tournament history, locking up his 4th title with a 9-4 victory over an always game opponent.

Congrats to juice64011, your Prediction Tournament XXIII Champion! Very deserved my friend. Hope you make the next one!

there is no way this is legit.  i demand they take a b sample and it will prove that the juice is on the juice.

WTG was rightfully wronged. they really did him dirty in this tournament.

corruption runs wild over here in the ufc forum.  this was clearly an inside job.  of course the mods are gonna win the damn thing. just like trump won the election.

i will be contacting the FDA, the FCC, and the ABS  and demanding they do a joint investigation into this scandal
