I didn't assume anything. I observed it from your posting history. I'm not a licensed psychologist, but many years on this forum has given me a keen eye for spotting the disabled.

lol I'm just messing with ya bud I'm not some little soft liberal snowflake words don't bother me a bit.... well not true that right words in person could make me physically lash out but that's neither here nor there lmao.... I'm just here to have fun mix **** up and be controversial from time to time when the forums are getting dull

its a champion vs champion fight and arguably two of the greatest current champs on the roster in terms of skill, I'm sure they can find a hook

They couldn’t find a hook to get people to care about Johnson setting the record for the most title defenses in history, so I wouldn’t count on them finding a hook to sell him fighting another champion that nobody gives a **** about.

I don't see TJ asking for fights with Holloway.

Honestly, calling out people from a lower weight class is a b*tch move.

I notice like 95% of the time when you see one champ calling out another, they’re calling out the guy that’s the champ of the weight class below them, not above them.

It's heart-warming to see you praising Conor like this.

I agree in general though.  If TJ goes to 125, it's all stacked in his favour.  If he wins, he becomes a 2 division champion; if he loses, he still has a belt and can blame the weight cut.

What I'd love MM to do is say fine, I'll fight you TJ - at 135 for Your belt.  Suspect it might not look so appealing all of a sudden.

lmao at handily. You have no idea if he can make the weight or not.

You're just desperate for someone to beat mighty mouse because you said he sucked like 8 years ago and have been doubling down and looking like a goof ever since.

DJ will probably be too fast for him and he'll gas after that enormous weight cut. I wouldn't get my hopes up, especially since he might not even make the weight if the fight is even made.

look at the size of him, cody toward over him and cody claimed he could make 125 weight, and TJ has been fighting the tougher fights.

He's not handily cutting over a gallon of water off of this frame. He may make it once but its going to be really hard.

I would love that too...DJ would get KO'd in the 1st round if that happens....having TJ move to 125 gives a pretty even playing field.

TJ would would bad at 125 imo. He might cut weight but Im not sure he would perform well especially against a guy like MM.

I would be interested to see MM challenging TJ at 135 tho.

The two time and current world champion isn't a superfight, some dude ranked #5 is.

At least he's shamelessly ducking, maybe he'll go down in history for that.

MM keeps implying that he wants to 'be paid' to fight TJ which is totally understandable BUT I do wonder up to which point he is not using that as some sort of excuse already knowing UFC will not pay what he wants ?

First of all, DJ is showing that he's a ****. If he wants to duck a fight, then they should take away his belt. He shouldn't decide who he is fighting.

DJ needs to come up a weight class to make it a superfight, IMO. I think the pay will be there if he does. If TJ comes down the fight wont sell as well. Also, DJ gets to keep his belt if he goes up.

If TJ comes down and DJ ducks then hand TJ the belt.

Why hasn't DJ tried to avenge his loss against DC? That's something a real champ would do at this point IMO.

He knows he'll be slaughtered in that weight class.

On what do you base this?

At this point people usually insert a picture of him being suplexed by Cruz and make the enormous logical leap that he will therefore be suplexed to death by every single BW.

However, there are a few point to make..  Firstly, Cruz was in his absolute prime at that point - 10 wins into a 13 fight winning streak.  It was his Cruz's 6th title fight but only MM's first.  Sure, Cruz beat him comfortably, but losing to prime Cruz near the start of the career is nothing to be ashamed of - and doesn't indicate DJ would lose to all BW's.  He went 14-2 at BW, which is not too shabby.

MM has clearly evolved since then.  He's much more well-rounded and finishes fights more regularly.  He only finished 2 out of his first 10 UFC fights, but has finished 7 out of his last 10.

I think he'd do very well at BW.

It's the rule, rather than the exception for champions to stay in their own divisions.

Besides, it's not faith.  It's fact-based; 14-2 doesn't lie.

Love DJ but this makes zero sense lol of course a champion vs. champion cross division fight is going to make more than whatever up and coming contender they feed him next.

For how long though. How long before "champion" stops meaning anything. Usually the champ would want to defend his title against worthy contenders and only when he's starting to run out of them would he go for a cross division fight. These guys want to put the cherry before they even have a sunday to put it on.

DJ is ducking but he's also right. Tha's not a superfight TJ is a zero Def champ.

I think DJ smokes this can that's off the gear at flyweight.  Who the fook does TJ think he is?  Homeboy couldn't find his corner after the 1st round was over in his last fight.  The Garbrandt rematch needs to happen because TJ was like Bambi on ice when he got saved by the bell.

TJ should have to prove he can make the weight and that should be against Cejudo.  I guarantee he has to call for a towel to hit 126 while barely being able to stand under his own power.

Cejudo said it best.  This idiot has no idea what it's like to cut that extra 10 pounds.  All the flyweights EXCEPT the champion look miserable on the scales.  I believe TJ wrestled in college at 133.  The last time he saw 125 was probably his sophomore year of high school.  He's 31 now not 16.

Dillashaw would be a great fight and a great win for his legacy but he's right in the fact that it wouldn't be a big money fight. Dillashaw has never drawn big numbers so it just be a huge fight for the die hard fans but looked over by casuals. I want to see this fight happen and I hope it does well if the fight does eventually happen.
