Conor McGregor vs Tyron Woodley

Recommended Posts

Tyron Woodley is the UFC Welterweight Champion and he has defended his belt also Conor McGregor is the UFC Lightweight Champion of the world and both are very popular. So if UFC likes to make Superfights is this a great idea?

Conor vs Tryon? who would win? 5 round fight at 170lbs

Should UFC do this fight before it is too late? What do you think and who takes the battle?

Can Conor win 3 belts in 3 weights? What do you think guys?

Conor has the best chance at dethroning Tyron GOATley. It certainly won't be Dos Cheatos.

**** it I want to see Conor fight Jones when he comes back, see who the real goat is.

No.

Let the LW belt move on for now until Conor is ready. If they can get Mayweather in an octagon it would be huge for the UFC, farcical because Conor is a legit brown belt but dollar and profile. Hopefully Khabib make weight and Tony doesn't get bodied like he would of by a 100% Lee.

Woodley vs RDA needs to happen and also push the next contenders up as well. Colby, Usman but mainly Till. If GSP comes back and Woodley is still champ that's his super fight. He missed out on that because he was given 2 unreal specialists in 3 boring fights, but he got the job done and is a great fighter.

Tyron would keep his back against the cage for the first 4 minutes of every round and then shoot for a takedown with a minute left, hold him there and win each round.  49-46 Woodley..... unfortunately.

Edit: if he was smart he would make it an extremely close fight so a rematch would be likely.

Well, let me be a cool guy here and contribute tho.

1. Hard fight to predict imo. I still think Conor striking and speed give him the edge to finish Woodley.

2. Conor wants nothing with Woodley. He wants Floyd, GSP or at least Nate (lol).

3. UFC does not want to promote that fight either.

4. Dana already said Woodley vs RDA is next

5. No, Conor cant win 3 belts.

he gets butchered at 170 against woodley.

hes a 155'er ffs.

Howd that fight go for Mendez

He gassed because he had a week notice. That wont be the case here. Conor struggles to beat 19-11 lightweights. Tyron would manhandle him.

It's simple really if Tyron came out aggressive he could catch Conor and or get the quick takedown and smoother him.

If Tyron came out timid and did that in going rest against the fence crap Conor going to catch him.

I'm gonna go ahead and say Woodley wins.  Woodley has "attriboots."   right?

if I was in the cage and Conor was in front of me, even I'd smash that little puke.  and I get upset swatting a fly.

Conor will NEVER be a Royce Gracie, nobody will, that was a different era.

Guys don't even move around weight classes, they simply cheat weight classes,Royce never needed to do anything but show up and fight.

Conor is a 170 fighter,he was all the way down at 145,o me that is cowardice,155 is still not his weight,so anything he does is not impressive. His career reminds me exactly of A.Silva's,that one early loss to a grappler and Conor's loss to Duffy.Since then both Conor and Silva went on to face many tailor made fighters, either terrible strikers,no power,no wrestling, short reach, all of Conor's opponents are calculated.

So after all fo these years and his loss to Duffy,he "MIGHT" face ONE decent opponent and that would be Khabib similar to Silva finally facing Weidman, his first real test.I don't like the odds of Conor facing Khabib because,Conor would be expected to win and in his weight class still able to cut 17-19lbs to be at 155 and go back in around 165-169.He would literally have no excuses and Conor doesn't like it that way,he likes to have an out and why he constantly points at money, just in case he loses Fuk you all ,i have money.

They already got some video footage from the weigh-ins and after his fight with Eddie I think it was lol. It'll be a third belt for Conor to go after. I like it!

I think the retarded interns at the UFC office shouldn't be allowed to post here.

OP obviously didn't get the hint when his first thread promoting a random Youtube channel got deleted.

Should have done this weeks ago ... didn't actually read this dude's post until now.

Goodbye joseg, we hardly knew ye.

RIP in pieces Joseg.

Who else will use such creative tags as "fight" now that he's gone?

I always send these guys the same message:

Just posting in threads with names of fighters I know now lol. I like Conor McGregor I think he’s funny. I watched two of his fights now. The one against Mayweather. Saw most of that anyway, and one against this short bodybuilder guy, sorry I don’t remember the name. I’m looking to learn about the UFC fast. I made a thread earlier but that seems to need approval first.

If that's you in the AV you definetly have a look of someone that will text 5,000 times a day with varying degrees of bipolar disorder.
