Based on that picture, someone here got small fingers and an extra finger per hand.  6 stubs on each hand.

im not surprised he's got an extra finger. people who graduate from a top 10 university are few and far between bro.

We've all seen your grammar and read your opinions, that degree devalues the educational system

Ordered pizza tonight.

Total was 33.55$

I paid 36.55$

Delivery driver said, that's it?

I apologized, said one second. Picked up the 6.55$ in change, and dropped back the 3.55$ and said, nope, now that's it, then I closed the door on him.

Hopefully the little brat learned what a tip is tonight.

Being English, it's easy for me to tip.

In American bars I give the  barman a $10 bill off the bat and ask him to keep me topped up and i will pay when i leave for what i've drunk. I usually round up whatever my check is to the nearest note i have on me.  I've never had a problem.

In the UK I pay for the bar wench to have a drink  when I leave or ask her to keep the change when I leave. Asking her if she wants a drink isn't seen as an approach, it simply means, do you want a pound or two to go into the tip jar.

In india I leave the change, all the time.

For any Americans visiting Britain, no, we don't tip in bars as a rule.  Most of us do however buy the barman/woman a drink if we've had a few ourselves. It's just polite to do so. You would however, not be seen as inconsiderate if you had ten pints and didn't buy the barmaid a drink. You don't have to.

Going into a bar and having one drink and leaving a tip, targets you out as being a bit of a tool.

We tip in restaurants, just as you would in the States.

I always tip cash for service, some places won't pay out to employees till payday...or it's then listed as income also, tipping cash immediately rewards the service and possibly keeps it under the table tax free.

I do it even when paying the bill on a credit/debit card.
