How on earth does Brock even stand a chance against DC?

Recommended Posts

Does anyone seriously have Lesnar making it past Rnd 2? DC will Maul him on the feet and on the ground with EASE

The White Turtle (TWT) will get finished on faster than The Black Breasts (TBB) did.

I'm finna get all types of rich on that fight. I'll be showing up a casino with a duffel bag full of money, and if Brock somehow manages to win, I will beat Baldie into a coma for fixing the fight.

This fight will be worse than DC vs TBB, it won't even be a contest, Brock does not even have a punchers chance, its purely for money, it is that simple, even if DC beats Brock, it does absolutely nothing for his legacy

So smashing Herring and Mir and beating Carwin, Couture and Hunt is less impressive than what Lewis has done thus far?

I do think DC will win but it won't be a cakewalk.   Lesnar is a one trick pony but that one trick is pretty darn good.  He can take down and smother almost everyone, that's if he doesn't get clocked first.

BTW, I looked at the USADA list a little while ago and Brock has been tested 6 times and DC 14 times this year, if my memory is good.  It was something like that.  Conor was 10 times.  Cerrone was up there too.  Brock just might make it through testing  after all.

Good point but back then Lesnar was a real beast (before USADA like any other fighter out there). Age sure caught up to him and also his health issues. Brock is just not the same guy that beat the names you mentioned m8.

That old Brock sure would give DC a good fight. I agree.

What do you think ?

Surely the fact brock can wrestle means it will be better than 230. That was more like a dad playing with his child, TBB had no chance it was so vast in skill. Brock I know has no stand up but the biggest fundamental in MMA is wrestling. It’s in the 101

I agree. Reason why I said Brock got a better chance than TBB

Lol. DC's easiest wins have been against dudes who can't wrestle. Brock definitely does not fall into that category. DC's extra weight from lhw ain't muscle... Brock will look several weight classes bigger; dude cuts to get to 265. Lesnar should definitely have shorter odds than Lewis.

DC got taken down by Jones and Gus. Height, length, reach and leverage can play a big role in MMA wrestling because of the fence -- not the mention strength. Brock will take him down, but it's just a matter of how long he can keep him there. I see Brock eventually getting turtled again, but hopefully he has improved on some of his weak points and this can make it out of the first round.

See a lot of people writing off Lesnar, while I think Cormier will definitely win for sure think its a harder fight that he just had against Lewis.

Reckon you see Lesnar using that great white ape strength and actually landing a couple takedowns.

DC's finishes the fight on the feet 2nd or 3rd round, of all his weakness Lesnar's automatic reactions when absorbs strikes are some of the worst I have seen, he pull's straight back, eyes closed and his guard comes forward from his face.

they say history repeats itself, so brock is going to put on another epic match of the year candidate, just like he did last weekend against braun strowman

baron corbin is gonna hit DC over the head with brocks wwe universal championship right after paul heyman grabs the mic from bruce buffer and introduces his fighter, and then brock will deliver five straight F5's to DC and then pin him for the 3 count. you heard it here first

i doubt it. brock lesnar has way more of a chance to win than TBB.  whens the last time youve seen derek lewis F5 somebody all the way over the ropes and onto the floor?  how many heavyweights was TBB able to put through a table?  how many royal rumbles has derek lewis won?  after the undertaker went 21-1 at wrestlemania,  derek lewis was not the 1.

as long as brock doesnt attempt a shooting star press,  i think he stands a good chance of unifying the 3 titles.

Brock re-upped with the WWE with that guy that is sick with Leukemia out for who knows how long. I don't watch WWE but I think the article said  that Wrestlemania is in April. I doubt Brock would do a UFC before that. He is ducking. Now the only question is, who does he rematch for his last go round?
