  3. Perhaps u should ask him how much he earned fighting outside the UFC...

  6. Yep, and I can see something happening to Hendricks at 158 like an injury or a Boetsch-type issue of injury during the fight which makes him lose  Then Bisping loses to Belfort, MW screwed... LHW is just in a screwed up place where Hendo cant seem to get a title shot no matter what he does, so JBJ is just fed 'contenders' left right and centre
  7. Carnages is the 2012 champ, congrats you ****
  8. Definately a disappointing card, plus JDS and Cain are marketed as the new breed of lighter, faster, better conditioned HW - yet were both slowing down by R2 and then gave us a very lackluster final 3 rounds! My big issue with 2012, apart from the injuries, is the new problem it has brought which could prove even more problematic in 2013: THE CURRENT TITLE SHOT SITUATION Where the likes of Edgar, Sonnen and Diaz are given the title shots in the place of the consensus no1 contenders, those no1 contenders end up taking other fights and losing or getting injured. Same with the guys behind them. Causing the divisions to stall and back-up even more. Look at the MW division for example: - Weidman out injured now, was supposed to fight Boetsch, probably 2 fights away from title shot now so unlikely to fight for the belt in 2013. - Boetsch fights Costa and loses, now out of the title picture for teh foreseeable future - Okami beats Belcher, Belcher now out of the title talk again and back down the line - Okami beating Belcher means nothing for the title picture, seeing as he lost to Boetsch and lost Anderson 18 months ago - Munoz got schooled by Weidman, and is out injured anyway - Lombard got derailed by Boetsch, a win over Palhares doesnt hold much water considering he got beaten by Belcher so convincingly, at leats 2 wins away from title shot - Bisping is the only contender left 'worthy', but as a tricky fight against Belfort coming up which could go either way So basically, is Bisping loses to Belfort, I see no clear contender for Anderson except maybe Rockhold coming over from SF, yet Dana and co are not making any noise about that being a consideration..??? Dont even get me started on the nonsense at LHW or WW
  9. I think firstly people need to not be too fickle with what happened last night. When Cain lost the first fight, people wrote him off, questioned his chin etc etc. Last night should hopefully remind people that all fighters have 'off' nights, bad gameplans/strategies etc etc. Myself, I think what happened last night was that as much as JDS is a nice and humble guy, he bought into his own hype too much and believed whole-heartedly that his boxing game would be too much for Cain again. You watch him throughout the fight, he kept sticking to his boxing stance, boxing offensive/defence and so forth. He never adjusted to Cain's relentless grappling game and honestly looked like he didnt train enough on TD defence or grappling - which surprises me! His next fight is really tough to call, as like has been said he has faced a lot of the roster already and those that are available dont really make much sense for him. I dont see the point in the Nelson fight, whom lost in the past 18 months lost to Mir and Werdum who both lost convincingly to JDS in the past.
  10. The only thing Okami will 'smash' is our hopes of an exciting fight
  11. The injury spate and the cancellation of that card basically screwed up the game for everyone unfortunately
  12. You shot up the league table the last couple of months mate, you were somewhere like the bottom five before! Aldo for sure let you down
