I reckon she is. When I look at her race times, tracks won on, and fields/horses beaten I reckon she is the GOAT of teh sprint. She was named WTRR World Champion Sprinter in 2010 and on 31 March 2011 was rated the top Thoroughbred racehorse in the world (with a 135 rating) for the first quarter of 2011 by Timeform becoming the highest rated sprinter and mare in 2011.
