Diaz Skill Level

Coming off his latest loss, "retirement" and positive drug test it may time for Diaz camp rethink his next match. Not sure how/why they would believe he would be a good fight for Silva. Wrong weight class to begin with and skill levels are worlds apart.

The consensus on this forum is regardless of skill level, Diaz provides an exciting fight. I agree but he would also be exciting fighting fighters on his level.

More appropiate matches skill level wise would be the following

1) Charlie Brenneman

2) Mike Pyle

2) Mike Pierce

1) Submission win for Diaz

2) Submission win for Diaz

3) Decision win for Diaz

But that's just speculation.

How did he get schooled by Condit?

Well besides losing, he was out struck and out grappled. Diaz took his back and got swept. Two more seconds Diaz would have had his head pounded on the canvas. Diaz runs marathons and coulnd't even keep up with him so he got schooled there too.

Any more questions?

QUICK! Name all the fighters who have submitted' date=' TKO'd, or KO'd Diaz in his 36 professional fights.[/quote']

Quick, name the notewotrhy fighters (without looking it up) that Nick Diaz has beaten in his last 36 professional fights!

Bet you get stuck at 3 maybe 4 :)

He's gone through more cans than Campbell's Soup.

I asked you to name only the ones who are noteworthy legitimate top tier wins...not to throw out some random number.

Just admit it...wrestlers with great, or even moderately good, sub defense are Nick Diaz kryptonite. If he gets put on his back by a strong wrestler with good top position control he's useless. Fitch would maul Nick Diaz, as would about half the high calibre wrestling stacked UFC welterweight division.

Are you being serious?

You're asking me to privide evidence that Nick Diaz has performed badly against wrestlers and avoided them throughout his career when possible?

His record speaks for itself...not only who he's lost to but who he's beaten. You'd have to be Stevie Wonder to not see that what I'm saying is fact.
