Fights to Make After UFC on FOX 4

Wow.

That's all I can say, I can't remember a card that was so good from top to bottom (maybe FUEL 4 but I didn't get to watch the prelims). I hope they get the ratings they deserve but considering the downwards spiral they've had over the past few FOX events, I'm doubtful.

here are the fights I wanna see,

Shogun vs Alexander Gustaffson

Brandon Vera vs Ryan Bader

Lyoto Machida vs Jon Jones/Dan Henderson winner (obviously)

Joe Lauzon vs Rafael dos Anjos

Jamie Varner vs Clay Guida

Mike Swick vs Mike Pyle

DaMarques Johnson vs Chris Clements

Nam Phan vs Manvel Gamburyan

Cole Miller vs Daniel Pineda

Phil Davis vs Wagner Prado (obviously)

Rani Yahya vs Darren Elkins

Josh Grispi - Cut

Phil De Fries vs Mike Russow

Oli Thompson - Cut

Michihiro Omigawa - Cut

John Moraga vs Chris Cariaso

Ulysses Gomez vs Tim Elliott

I also think that Rani Yahya should have gotten submission of the night, sure Lauzon's slick transitions into the triangle were SOTN worthy, but how often do we see a North South Choke in MMA let alone the UFC (I remember seeing one in Bellator somewhat recently)? Especially since it was kinda a half-North South Choke

Plus Lauzon already got FOTN and I always like to see the lesser paid fighters get the money they need, it's not like Forest Griffin needs any bonuses, but people on the undercard do.

Nevertheless, what are your match ups?

terrible match up, imo. Bermudez comes off a win and has a fight sceduled, which he'll win aswell. Grispi is 0-3, doesn't make any sense.

You mean duck Weidman until he gets an opponent he can actually beat. Maybe they'll find a way to hype Bisping up.

He doesn't need another KO at 1:05 of the very first round; he's done that enough. Weidman fought a guy that lost 3 of his last 4, then a guy who lost 2 of his last 3, and fought 1 guy who was on his way up, but not yet a top contender. Hardly a #1 contender-worthy resume.

who's that?

You also forget Maia, who's a good challenge. He also beat him on short notice.

it's ridiculous that Bermudez is fighting Tommy Hayden, a guy who has shown no promise and got submitted by Camoes in 4 minutes

Bermudez dominated Garza with his wrestling and power, I was mind boggled when they announced this
