shinyaaoki
He is totally overrated and not ready for the UFC. He can't strike worth sh!t, and all the talk about his BJJ skills, he cant even finish guys when in a dominant position. All his fights are boring as hell. And the fact that some people think hes the one that can challenge Anderson Silva, is beyond laughable, this guy cant even finish a kid on bully beat down. Seriously Jake Shields go back to strikeforce.

ipso_facto
Then you won't be happy in knowing that he was paid $150K for his win at UFC 150...compared to both main event fighters, Edgar $51K and Bendo $60K.
UFCCagerattler
Shields will probably do to Silva what he just did to Herman. Total domination.
Pessimist_Pete
Shields is the best grappler in the history of the world. Nevermind that his last submission win was against Robbie Lawler in 1985.

Nevermind that his last submission win was against Robbie Lawler in 1985. lol Actually it was 2009. And yes, lots of his fights have gone to decision, but in his 7 fights since Lawler (5 of which he won), they were all against top level competition. Go GSP

Seriously Jake Shields go back to strikeforce. TOTALLY AGREE!! I was about to say that!! I was thinking to myself if the bullies had a little training in striking they would KTFO Shield's! He doesn't even belong to Strikeforce or even Bellator! Why can't he utilize his time training his striking with the Diaz's bros instead of the Jonas' bros? zaksame
If he should be sent back to SF,what should we do with Hendo, who Shield's embarrassed? Hendo has been given a title shot, not one i agree with but still he is a total can.If Shield's belongs in SF, Hendo ...well i don't know where he belongs,he would get owned in high school wrestling now,he can't do anything else,he is too stupid to be a commentator, idk maybe make snow angels with Sonnen up in the Rockies.Of course Hendo would need be air lifted in,he has no cardio to climb any mountains. It kind of shows why Jones has it so easy when people think so low of Shield's yet he embarrassed the 205 title contender.
Gobbo
he took two rounds against Grease Safe Points... what does that say about el greaser Depends on your point of view, I scored it 50-45 as did one of the judges. Was a terrible fight to watch but Shields did look better then he was after he poked GSP in the eye, prior to that he would retreat every time GSP went to engage
NewMMAFansSuck
His last name "Shields" is very fitting considering the fact he amounts absolutely 0% offense every fight.
