Do you think Carlos could stand toe-to-toe with Nick Diaz?

Does it matter? Condit out smarter Nick and won the fight. Go to the bar if you want stupod street fights

Doesn't really matter, I'm just curious who would win in a real fight. The way Carlos had talked prior to the fight, I thought that was what we were going to watch, but it wasn't really the case.

Carlos would win easily if they stood in the middle of the octagon and traded. Nick did not want any part of that and wanted to push it to the cage. Carlos wanted no part of the dirty boxing at the cage and circled out to the center of the octagon. Each fighter was equaly at fault, not just Carlos.

OF COURSE' date=' and Carlos knew that. He wasn't going to fight Nick against the cage. That was Nick's best chance of winning. But don't fool yourself, Carlos would have stood and traded in the middle all fight long. Nick wanted none of that though.[/quote']

100% this. Why is this **** still being debated? Move the **** on already.

Wrong! Diaz wasn't pushing Condit anywhere. He wasn't pushing him, he wasn't trying to clinch with him - all he did was try to throw punches at him. Condit constantly ran backwards all on his own.

he already stood with nick who had nothing for him. Nick went into desperation mode looking to wall and stall and lay and pray after.

nick diaz , i'm not even a big fan.but lay and prey , wall and stall.your nuts, .half the time i hate diaz but he brought the fight to carlos that night ,carlos won the fight(barely) give credit where credit is due.diaz is a warrior , you don't have to like him to admit it.

This. Condit has much bigger one punch power than Nick. Nick beats guys by wearing them out with a lot of landed punches. Condit puts people out.

Really!?

Because Condit has 3 KO's by punches and Diaz has 6 KO's from punches LoL

Also Condit has 1 KO from a punch while Diaz has 2 KO's from a punch

Hmmmm.... Weird
