LOL at JBJ fans...

Lately, Jon Jones has been doing a lot of picking-and-choosing for his upcoming fights, saying such things as "Why should I fight Machida if there are younger, hungrier fighters out there", and "I won't let Chael Sonnen get a fight with me by talking, I'll let everyone around know that there are other, harder working fighters out there".

Yet JBJ fans are all *****ing and moaning about Anderson Silva's CAMP saying who they think would be a marketable fight for Anderson Silva and who they don't think deserves a fight yet.

Are you guys serious? You have a problem with the GOAT's CAMP saying that they don't think X and Y fighter are marketable, but when your messiah Jon Jones says "Machida isn't a marketable fight for me" or "This fighter doesn't deserve a shot at the title", you all sit back and say "Hey, he's right, why should he fight that guy!".

But then again, I forget that 99% of JBJ fans think he is the Muhammad Ali and Michael Jordan of MMA, and that he isn't a large LHW, and that his size has nothing to do with his success.

I would like to issue an apology to the many JBJ fans who tried to read this post but got confused when I started using words with more than 2 syllables.

lol at the OP doing exactly what he's mad at Jones fans for doing which once again proves my point that when Jones says something people take it to heart and anybody else does the same not a care is given. I highly doubt Jones would refuse to fight Machida even if he doesn't want to. Silva didn't wanna fight Shale lol but he did it and won this will have the same outcome.

1. Bold is true

2. Machida is the most boring fighter in the UFC

3. Diaz and silva are the biggest divas in any sport ever

4. Jones already beat Machida, Anderson hasn`t beat the guys he is turning down.

5. Sonnan needs at least 2 wins at LHW before consideration to fight jones

6. It doesn`t matter jones will beat anyone put in front of him lol

you don't have to burst the grape' date=' just choke it til its out, then dump it on the floor like its a piece of trash[/quote']

Yes! Of all the Jones fight......his fight with Machida was my favorite, just dropped him like trash AND.....casually walked away like he was bored and wasted his time with him. So yeah he still probably feels like a rematch is another piece of trash to take out. LOL I actually thought for a second there that Jones just killed Machida, I was like HOLY BLEEP did he just die?!?!

Wrong section. This has nothing to do with Jon Jones or the UFC.

Silva didn't want to fight Chael for obvious reasons (disrespectful, racist, etc.)

JBJ doesn't want to fight Machida because he believes he's not a big enough draw.

Silva isn't turning down any fighters right now, his management is simply saying who they will and will not agree to fight with based solely on money. Silva is nearing the end of his career, and they want to squeeze every last penny out of him that they can, whereas Jones is only in his early 20s, and has not earned any right to be selective of his opponents.

I believe Machida has the best chance of beating Jones still, but even so I don't believe he will.

As much as you want to hate Jones for being a human being outside the octagon, the man is an immortal so far inside of it and until someone steps in there and beats him, nothing anyone says changes that fact.

And no, losing due to a disqualification to a guy he was beating up pretty bad does not count as being beaten. Let's get someone to actually beat this guy.

He beat Machida already. Not only beat, but put him to sleep... I can see his argument, although unfortunatley there is noone right now except Yawny Machida to challenge for the belt. Not until Gus KO's Shogun that is...

I have no problem if fighters WANTS to pick and choose, my problem would be if the UFC allows them to... and lets them keep their belt... And if JBJ wants to make a payday, why shouldn't he try? Oh, and did I mention that he already, quite recently, humiliated Machida by make him go to sleep?

He makes the weight. There, I won that debate by being RIGHT!!!

Jones wins, and what he's saying is there is no way chael deserves a shot because he beatforrest people buy into the trash talk, but there are people more deserving. He has a point

And what's wrong with him not wanting to fight a guy he fought under a year ago? If it was shogun that he didn't want to fight I'd be a little on his case but that isnt the scenario

This has been one of the biggest problems in boxing for years, and is now becoming a huge issue for the UFC. How many other sports allow people/teams to choose their opponents?

The UFC should take what the fighters want into consideration, but in the end, they need to do what's best for the UFC. And until they have a true ranking system, people will always question when one fighter gets a title shot over another. They need to get these issues shorted out before MMA can take the next leap forward.
