In one breathe he says "I CAN"T MAKE anyone fight",then 1 minute later he is saying Jones had BETTER not turn down Machida. Earlier he actually avoids the first question about the card being too thin,then a few minutes later he is defending the business decision saying it has nothing to do with the card being thin.Then later he changes his stance again when asked about keeping the card alive with a Sonnen versus ??fight.He says listen people paid to see the title fight,is like ADMITTING the card could not be sold without that ONE fight. So he can outright LIE about the cards not being thin,but he said it himself the card HAD to be cancelled. Truth is listening to his tirade over and over about money the UFC spent on this,that is the REAL reason. This is NOT a Jones problem this is a CHEAP business not having a good enough card to back it up.He cannot twist this problem onto Jones,this is a CHEAP UFC problem. NOT ONE PERSON in the entire world would give credit to JBJ for beating a guy who was not only coming off a loss to a smaller man, but that would also be fighting with 8 days notice. I do think he acted like a ****** for not saving the card but honestly, if his only option was Sonnen, I think he did the right thing. LOOL! @ Dana saying Sonnen's mouth wouldn't get him a shot this time around, minutes after saying that one of the main reasons why this fight was getting put together was that they already had a little e-beef that Sonnen started... Anderson wont fight the #1 contender in his division but gets mad at Jon for not fighting someone not even in the lhw top 10. It's not JBJ fault the rest of the card wasn't ****. Sonnen talks mad **** but thats about all and i dont see how Dana can say he can't talk his way into a title shot but then the first person he calls to replace Dan is Cheal. Dana lies so much he can't remember what lies he told saying he never had a fighter turn down a fight but a couple of months ago claimed shogun wouldn't fight Glover. Sad really especially when you realise that it was more Hendo's fault for not reporting the injury sooner, that would probably make the UFC have a legit back up plan instead of this Sonnen nonsense... Got to love Dana saying that everythime Sonnen comes out he comes to fight when all he did in the first round of the Silva fight was L'n'P.
