Andrei Arlovski Appreciation Thread

Always a big fan of Arlovski. In part due to by dislike of Timmy and their apparently on-going feud. But more to the point, I've just always enjoyed him. I remember rooting for him against Fedor in Affliction, and while I was definitely a loyal Mir fan, I felt that short of him coming back, Arlovski was my preferred HW Champion at the time. Perhaps I would do best to word it as; while he has never been my favorite fighter, he has always entertained me, and I have generally rooted for him throughout his career. Exciting, "fights to win", and while it may be a double edged sword for him, he is unafraid to engage and put on a show for the fans.

I would personally love to see him back in the UFC. Or failing that, at least in Strikeforce again (I realize his record in SF was abysmal, he can at least say he two out of three times fought top level talent there). AND, he is on a three fight win streak (this last NC is a Win, I don't care what the official decision is).

I wish he would make it back to the top. He has been my favorite fighter ever since I saw him against Buentello. I think his last fight showed that he is on the right track to put things back together. No mater how bad a UFC card would be, If AA is on it, I buy it. War pit bull. I hope Dana brings him back.:rolleyes:
