If Greg Jackson isn't coaching Condit, or ST-Pierre, this fight might not suck?

I never thought about it before, but without Jackson pushing for GSP to LnP, and for Carlos to run, could this fight have a lot of potential?

Greg Jackson of course seems like a snake, I could easily see him training GSP behind Carlos' back, but who knows. I hope that both fighters actually come out and do what they can do without employing some ******** game plan that Jackson concocted.

EDIT: I just remembered Greg Jackson said the same thing about Rashad / Jones, which was obviously a lie. Like I said, I don't trust this guy at all, and am sure he will be working with whichever fighter he feels can hold the belt longer (GSP).

This is Great News! Hope he follows through and stays out of this fight.

Only fortunate thing about this situation is GSP lives very far away :)

2300.27 miles to be exact :P

Lmao. We all saw how Condit approached the Diaz fight, and that was just the Interim belt at stake, not even the real belt.

And GSP has spent so long playing it safe, that i don't think he could actually fight now, even if he wanted too.

Plus he's coming off major surgery and an 18 month lay off.

No way do these two come out all guns blazin, :P.

Jackson is a crap coach/cornerman whatever you want to call him.All he supplies is a gym with many good fighters to practice with, the gym could do without him.

I feel GSP is a looooooooooong way away from his full potential and sadly he's not getting any younger.

This sport is still way too green, not enough good coaches in this sport.I see so many blatant mistakes or poor fight plans, that i just wonder if these guys are wasting their money.

I guess if anything,it gives them avenues to get their PED's/pills ect ect.

Man, if Greg coaches both at the same time, we might see a race and not a fight.

The problem is that Condit and GSP will fight Gregs style anyways. They agree with it otherwise they wouldnt be with him no more.

For instance, do you think Aldo could stand be coaching by Greg for 6 month ? What about Wanderley ?

Diaz and GSP are completely different fighters. Condit really doesn't have to worry as much about GSP's power so it would be in his best interest come out firing early and do some damage or try to get a stoppage before GSP has time to get comfortable again.
