Bobo_Vieri
Anyone here tried that ****? Get any results from it? Just so people know what I'm talking about IF is shortening your eating window. For example you eat during an 8 hour window during the day. Then fast for the next 16 hours. Then repeat. Meant to have loads of benefits.

Bobo_Vieri
No matter what' date=' you're going to have to work out to some degree to see any results.[/quote'] Yes obviously. I train hard, but 6-7 meals a day can be inconvenient so asking if anyone has tried intermittent fasting with success, duh
JonesyUK
Funnily enough, i just started last week bro! I havent trained yet on it, so not sure how it will effect strength and endurance, but have already had to use an extra belt notch and weight is down by about 2kg

Meant to have loads of benefits. Ive done controlled fasting for weight loss before. Thats about all its good for. I don't mean starving yourself(which can actually be counterproductive to weight loss) either.
StompGrind
I don't think i could ever be into intermittent fasting . That dude had like 40,000 post in a few months and most of it was fraud.

verJJ
Done it for about 2.5 months now. 1st month I didn't really count my macros or my calories, so I saw no real weight loss as I was overeating, but I did see gains in the gym while working out in a fasted state, I think because of the increase in Growth Hormone from IFing. 2nd month after watching what I eat a bit more, I look a bit a leaner, although I'm already kind of lean at about 8.5%bf. I plan on bulking while IFing when school starts in about a 10 days. Gym gains have def. increased since IFing and I do have more energy throughout my day, in comparison to doing the 6 six meals BS that supplement companies say you should do. Lots of energy is used for digestion throughout day, so IFing allows me to sleep a little less now and still feel great in the morning, as I used to need more than 8 hours to feel great in the morning. Ravishing_Rick_Rude
Ok but being the king of theads and baconators is kind of sad. For some reason baconators were the only thing that caught my eye in this thread They're ****ing disguesting by the way. Denny's has a build your own burger thing going on right now....I went there the other day and put, egg, mac and cheese, bacon, and onions on it and it was amazing. Not really thread relevant, but it was a tasty burger.

I won't even touch Mcdonalds or Tacobell. My choice burger is homestyle with chopped onions inside, thick bacon all on oven toasted bread with cheddar cheese melted on it.
