Micheal Bisping to "unload" on Stann's face.

haha Bisping sure does know how to talk smack and hype a fight.

I'm really excited for this fight. It's tough to choose a winner both have been doing pretty good lately. Even though Bisping is coming off of loss, he looked impressive in defeat. And as usual Stann is a finisher and is coming off a KO.

Can't freaking wait!

Bisping will school him in my opinion

I think stylistically this fight gives the most clarity on the division, you have arguably the most underrated fighter in the UFC, let alone the Middleweight division who is basically faultless in all facets of his game - defended numerous Sonnen takedowns, has always shown above average striking with a high-level intensity, has great cardio and respectable BJJ skills

Then we have Stann who has been more of the powerhouse recently and proved against Chael that his ground game is definitely lacking but if he connects he's gonna put a lot of MWs out.

it really is a battle of Power vs Technique, that's not to say that Stann doesn't have technique, but Bisping is far more technical with less power.

Both men need to prove themselves, Stann has a KO win over the inconsistent Leben, a KO over the glass-chinned Santiago who is now cut, got dominated by Chael and KTFO the lower-tier gatkeeper of Sakara

Bisping has the skills but not the record to claim a case for a title shot, sure he nearly beat Sonnen but before that he only has wins over guys like Mayhem, Rivera, Akiyama, Miller, etc. I truly believe he is the better fighter and is in the Top 5 of the division, but he needs some evidence on his record

A great fight, can't wait, not to mention we also have Benavidez vs Johnson, Jones vs Belfort, Swanson vs Oliveira plus a solid undercard

Nothing like clearing a UFC drought with an awesome card! :D

Totally agree, well put. I was thinking the same thing with Stann mainly having power with decent punches and kicks. But Bisping has the better technique and is the more well rounded fighter.

If we look at their recent opponents though, I guess you could say it's a draw. Stann had Leben, Santiago, Sonnen, Sakara. Bisping had Akiyama, Rivera, Mayhem, Sonnen. Sonnen being the mutual opponent and Bisping doing far better than Stann did against him. I would like to see Bisping fight more top ten guys, so I'm happy he is getting another one in Stann.

I think if Stann is getting the better of the exchanges on the feet, Bisping takes it to the ground and can get a UD or possibly tko. It's not gonna be a walk in the park for Bisping. If Stann wins, it will be by tko. That guy finishes!

yeah definitely, it really is a great match up for the division, see if this was the co-main event of UFC 151, they could have gone with it as the main event, it would have been a pretty average buyrate, but still, just so keen for this fight to happen!

This is an easy co-main event fight. I think if they would have put it on for UFC 151 main event, they would have made it into a U.S vs U.K. type of deal. Their contrasting personalities would sell the fight , especially Bisping, he knows how to get inside his opponents heads. Wouldn't have a super high buyrate, but it would do decent 150-200k

Yep can't wait!

Extreme KO power vs Glass Chin with pillow fists.

Lets take the fighters out for a second and just go with this.

A guy who KTFO's people, while in their guard, who is extremely strong, 100% fearless with a hell of a chin, vs a guy who circles all day, point fights, fights on emotion and has zero punching power.

Who wins this fight the majority of the time?

Lol at you muppets who says bisping has a glass chin. So does fedor have a glass chin' date=' Does wandy, does renato! I don't think so, bisping gets knocked out by 1 person and he has a glass chin!

Stann will feel the power when bisping rocks him then Finishes him ala 'charlesmccarthey'![/quote']

spitts was rocked by far weaker punchers than Hendo. (Rivera, Leben, Hammil, HARD by Kang)

Fedor had arguably the best recovery after taking a shot in all of MMA, and Hendo was an early stoppage.

Wandy has been KO'd many fighters but is a beserker so it happens. No glass, just chaos.

Babalu has been around a LONG time, and been caught a lot, but is tough as hell, so no I wouldn't say glass chin either.

Next question Robert, queen of the dbags?

I hate Bisping as much as the next guy, but really, Bisping got KO'd by Dan Henderson while Stann got put away by Cantwell.

Let's not question who has the better chin here
