He has beaten almost all the UFC former champ. Shogun and Machida got finished in a way that they're afraid to face him...

After Belfort and Hendo, there's not much left that's relevant. I agreed, he needs to move up for new challenge, or they'll keeping giving him pretty much of the same.

feel like the only legitimate challenges left for Jon Jones is at heavy weight' date=' [b']anyone else fill this weigh[/b]?

they done already had to grab fighters from middle weight because they cant find any LHWs lol.

can we see JJ at HW soon? didnt he say 2013 that was his goal about a year ago?

No. But I feel the same WAY. If Machida couldn't beat him, nobody at LHW will. Please don't say Hendo. It'd look just like Jones v Rampage, maybe worse.

Not really considering they were already going to feed Machida to him again. If he moves up and continues dominating he could prove he's above A. Silva in the future. It's sad fighters only move up or down when they're losing, Bones has the chance to break that trend.

Yes.

Alexander Gustafsson, Lyoto Machida, Glover Teixeira, Dan Henderson, Stanislav Nedkov, Chael Sonnen, and many others.

Also he needs two more title defenses before he matches the record for title defenses, and Anderson is miles ahead of him in terms of most consecutive title defenses of any champion.

Well some divisions have taken a long time to get well rounded fighters. As of right now i am interested in two guys,Gusty and Jimmo but even then i don't think either can take Jones.

Thiago Silva is a really strong guy who is fearless, problem is he does not handle reach well,he sort of punches short and compact.

Sonnen made good timing on getting out of 185,the 205 div. is much EASIER for the pickings.

Other than the sheer power of Reem Jones could wipe out the HW div as well if he put his mind to it.They are all slow and lack cardio,so Jones would eat them up.

Think about it,it will be near impossible to find someone to wrestle Jones.Near impossible to find the reach to strike with him.VERY few at 205/HW have any cardio. It is going to take an up n comer who is good at everything and with cardio.I am sure there are a slew of young fighters coming up the ladder, but Jones might be retiring by that time.

Silva has done the same thing, the 185 division was very weak for a long time, now it is finally getting some good fighters and Silva wants outside fights LOL.

If you ask me is there anything else for him to accomlish at that weight?

I would say yes, beating Tito's record of title defenses which is what Jones is currently trying to do.

If you were to ask me is there anyone that can offer him a challenge at that weight?

I would have to say no, If Machida got owned like he did, I really don't see any current LHW beating him.

So unless Silva moves up or DC moves down, he's safe at that weight.

Yeah a young, strong, quick wrestler that is tall with comparable reach, a good ground game and decent stand up has no chance.

I think Cain, JDS, DC, Werdum, and Barnett would all be really good fights. Not saying Jones wouldn't have a chance, but i don't think he could "eat them up" as easily as you're thinking.
