CainCarwin
I tried many times to get my brother into MMA and these are the last two shows he has seen. It seems every time I go and visit him the card that is playing that weekend is just awful. UFC 147 aside, these are probably the two worst cards in [recent] UFC History.. or The real question is, which one is THE worst.
ParaffinAlien
Think these were bad cards? UFC 11 was truly truly aweful.
Enigma_Machine
wtf!! ufc 149 and it isn't even close. Mir vs Nelson was a thoroughly entertaining beating I thought, and people like to hate on Rampage for not finishing Hamill but Rampage completely took him to town. Not to mention the epic deckchair collapse of Struve at the hands of Browne and Stann's beating he put on Jorge Santiago. I must admit though that Story vs Alves was below par... 149 had a few nice moments on the undercard, like Jimmo tying the fastest ko record, but Lombard/Boetsch, Kongo etc ruined the card. Under cards are not PPV, and I agree with the bold. Ya'll have a different way of looking at it considering you don''t buy each individual PPV. Enigma_Machine
I'm assuming this is ppv only, because the first few fox cards are perfect examples of the ufc taking 10 steps forward and 100 steps back. They finally get on fox, and then put on crap cards... the first official fox card was essential to put on forrest / bonnar 1 style fights to capture the fans and blow up this thing, instead they put on matchups like Evans and Davis, Evans had been obsessing over wall and stalling leading up to this because of the machida loss, and Davis is always boring, one dimensional wrestler... and then Chael and Bisping, that's not the type of fight to capture new fans... no new fans are gonna tune into that for their personality, all they saw was a clinch / wrestle match and then there's the ABYSMAL Maia vs Weidman fight. No words... smh. All these potential new viewers turned away. JDS vs Cain on Fox was just unlucky for the ufc, that had all the right ingredients to be the fight the ufc needed, then it only lasts a minute. Wasn't bad but certainly didn't do any favors. the Fox 2 card was a step in the right direction, but the damage was already done imo, evidently so judging by the viewing numbers of the recent fox cards. ParaffinAlien
I would of swore I put [recent] UFC history Oh you must be American then! Recent history in many civilizations can (believe it or not) mean within the past century or so. * while were at it.....I get sick to ****ing death of spell checking programs telling me my spelling is incorrect because it doesn't realise that English isn't an American language* Also, as it happens, I didn't contradict the OP I simply expanded the point. ultimatefightingchamp
Faber vs Barao wasn't a bad fight. Mir vs Cro Cop and Couture vs Coleman felt like complete wastes of time though
sobercuban
out of the 2 ... 149 for whatever reason I didn't think the page/hamill or the mir/crocop fights were that bad ... probably because I was biting my nails just hoping that both page and mir won

CainCarwin
The 4 worst numbered cards of recent memory. 1. 2. 3. 4. This thread is more about PPV cards' date=' although Okami and Nate was one of the most awkward fights I've ever seen.
