If so what'd you think of the ending.

Connors story was awesome' date=' but I was disappointed in the ending of the trilogy.[/quote']

Why the end made sense, and it allowed room for a sequel.

(SPOILERS)

Basically juno locked herself away in the temple, the temple would coat the earth in some sort of shield that would protect it from the sun, if demond didnt touch the ball he would have unintentionally become a prophet in the new destroyed world (post solar flare) and it would have just restarted society in the way we know it now. by killing himself and letting juno out, he knew there would be a better hope for the future where they would not have to restart, he saved civilization. now the only problem is juno is out and she will want to enslave humans again. the next game(s) will deal with stopping her threat

SPOILER

The ending made sense to me, I just thought for such an epic series it would've been a more epic ending. It just wasn't very climatic. Also I was expecting this to be the end of the series when now they need to make another game, which unless they do the whole subject 16 type stuff, wont contain desmond.

SPOILER

ya its gonna have to be another assassin, and you will probably go into their ancestry. one thing i didnt like is that the templars are still not beaten. i wish that ac3 was all set in modern day (i really enjoyed the desmond missions) and it was about desmond stopping the templar threat on the world. i mean the templar threat was stopped, but it was all explained in e-mails and not through gameplay. like having him in a modern city would be an amazing game concept

Any idea if there will be additional games after III? Like brotherhood and revelations considering the ending of III?

Saw some gameplay, and found out about Connor's father which tripped me the F out, and heard about a bunch of lag and graphical errors.

As much as I love Assassins Creed, I was ready for this to be the last one. I was expecting everything to be finished when I beat the game.

I thought Connors story was really good, but I agree with casino that modern day was badass! Climbing over the MMA event in Brazil was pretty awesome.

Another thing I missed was the puzzles that were in AC2 and ACR. Those things made me feel like a ****ing genious when I figured them out and they were also trippy as balls.

Assassin's Creed 2 was very fun! It's a good adventure genre type of game. Interesting storyline and fun game play.

I finished about a day or two ago and overall I had fun with it but I was kinda let down

I didn't like Connor nearly as much and although the combat improved, it wasn't enough that they had almost no straight up assassination missions where you can't get caught

Also I missed how climbing was in the previous games, all the houses are low and there aren't any monuments to climb like in ac2/b/r
