Cain will not get a single TD tomorrow night. Not shockingly.

That's it?? Just a he won't ?

Sounds more like a guess than sound reasoning no ?

He might not because JDS almost never commits, unless you practically fade against the cage in self defense and even then he might hesitate.

JDS will stay out of Cain's reach so Cain is most certainly going to have to telegraph his TD,if he attempts any.

I don't liek the coward way JDS fights,if he is suppose to be a legit champion, then engage, don't stay out of the others guys reach forcing the OTHER fighter to make the fight.

I think Cain should instead stay back and let jDS come to him, then use feints just to keep JDS honest.I think even if and when JDS would come to him,he would actually do it defensively and not really engage. As long as Cain has done his homework and realizes how JDS fights,he should do ok,he needs to not waste energy and ONLY go for a TD when JDS is moving to him.

Yeah I sort of agree with you.

he needs to try and employ an effective but less agressive striking technique which will be hard to do against JDS but he is a smart guy so you never know.

Even if Cain gets him down I really don't see him holding him down for long.

Hopefully last at last 2 and a half rounds and a 5 round fight between these guys would probably be awesome.

Cain just needs to go for the single legs like he did to brock, he'll get junior down, just don't know if he'll keep him there for long!

Both gonzaga and carwin got jds down for brief seconds, so I think cain can do it, but what's the point if its so much effort to get him down once and just pops right back up! Good thing cain is a cardio machine, he's gonna need every little bit of it for this fight.

He wont take JDS down' date=' his best chance is to use leg kicks and go for the KO.

its gonna be a risky strategy, but its his only chance. He will not take JDS down.

Ever.[/quote']

Yeah those leg kicks soo worked for him last time. KO JDS yeah like that's gonna happen.

Cain is going to have to time his takedowns with heavy hands and stay away from long combinations and volume. The first 2 min of the first round is all important. If he can get his timing down and pick his shots/shoots and get JDS to come to him he can give JDS a hard time. If he tries to press the takedowns with volume striking and not try to get a fix on JDS timing KTFO he will be again.

Cains strategy should be, and I think will be, too go forward terminator style with constant, controlled aggresion. Try and get JDS in the clinch up against the cage and use judo/greco style takedowns mixed with close range strikes. No ****ing around.

If he sticks to this gameplan and just turns it on until one guy fades I can see him winning this fight. If he stays on the outside and lets JDS fight in his range.... fresh, he gets KTFOed again.

I'm excited to see this unfold!

you guys arnt listening.

Cain wont get a TD.

He will need to use Leg kicks and striking.

Its a dangerous game' date=' but he wont be out grappling JDS at all.[/quote']

You're not listening...If he does that at close range he may not need to get a TD.

If he puts relentless pressure on I could also see JDS pull a condit performance. He already is pretty much a counter striker 85 % of the time. :D

JDS will KO Cain and then he will KO Ubereem.

If Cain wins somehow' date=' I don't see him beating down Ubereem. Too big to be taken down and controlled on the ground. And don't even mention Brock, he even admitted to not being a fighter lol[/quote']

Cain man handled Hugefoot Silver... He would GnP Overeem into dust.

JDS would KO reem back to pre puberty

Bigfoot isn't exactly tiny you know? Cain took him down easy and butt raped him handily. Cain will try to take it to the ground and keep it there. If he can't he will probably lose or get ktfo, again.

If Cain somehow manages to take JDS down look for Junior to pop up instantly. Junior has great hips and balance and he also has deceptively great strength. Carwin who is a hulk at 205 said he was surprised at how strong he was.

even if he does take jds, santos just got black belt in bjj so expect the fight to end quickly with a submission off of his back from jds.

Seriously? I think that was just Brock talking in the heat of the moment. Anybody that can beat Carwin is a fighter imo.
