fobar
JDS needs to work pure wrestling, not BJJ
Ameriman
Well, obviously Cain wins right now. We have to reassess when the rematch comes because nothing has changed so far.
StompGrind
but all Junior needs to work on his cardio imo He got clipped plenty but his cardio was fine. People were listening to Rogan's BS too much. It wasn't a cardio problem it was a he allowed Cain to impose his game problem and that's what made him tired on top of taking damage and expending alot of energy ineffeciently those first two rounds. It's not that his cardio could have been soo much better but that he could have FOUGHT better. It wasn't a cardio problem at all and im tired of people saying this. Shimi1406052972
I dont think JDS has a bad tank, i think his tank was fine he got it going again at the end of the fight, wasnt just winging his punches.... he got popped a beauty and was out on his feet for a good portion of the fight, his knees were still popping late in the third round. Thats just HW division, big guys, alot of power and fights hinged off a single big shot.... thats why everybody tunes in.

J_o_R
I give Cain his just-due. I still have Cigano in the 3rd fight.

I think the pace Cain set overwhelmed JDS and freaked him out a bit. He seemed confused to me for a bit there, then that's when he got clipped hard. People talk about fighters cardio way to much. Cain was pushing him the whole fight and JDS used a lot off energy in trying to avoid his style, that is exatcly what got him tired, and from then on he couldnt recover since Cain was still pushing the pace. When you are backpadaling and trying to avoid your opponetns techniques you will use much more energy as if you would if you would be moving forward. I trully bealive that Cain and JDS are two of the best HW right now and are in the same position like Fedor and Crocop were during their best days. I am fairly certain that JDS can win the rubber match, as well as I wouldnt be surprised if Cain would win that fight as well. Both have the style to beat anyone on the planet. King_Can
won't be crazy JDS needs atleast 2 solid wins after that bad performance.
carnages
Pointless fight, cain would obviously win unless he was injured again
Tapped2strikes
If JDS doesn't change his style and doesn't develop the same type of demon cardio that Cain has, then it'll go the same way as last night. Maybe worse if Cain gains some more confidence in his hands and BJJ.

Gabri1985
Jds was getting out boxed something i never thought would happen, he had zero head movement and was just getting blasted. Rogan was spot on, he didn't say jds had bad cardio, if i remember rightly he said that the punches cain were landing was sapping his cardio which is just what was happening. His tdd was spot on, can got 11 out of 33 take downs that to me is pretty dam good on jds part. He just needs to work on his movement imo.
PunchBag
overeem carwin jds hunt these are the only contenders at HW imo, the rest would loose in a bout for top contender against these guys

He looked really tired early, and then snapped out of it somewhat. Probably adrenaline or nerves (fear).
