Wanderlei_Rua
I am far from the biggest JDS fan on this forum and last nights fight went almost exactly like I expected. I was rooting for Dos Santos, but Cain came in with a better mindset and performed like we all knew he could. That said, I am still beside myself trying to figure out what kind of MMA "fans" could possibly be booing JDS after the fight. The man took a massive beating from bell to bell and never quit, never stopped trying for the miracle KO and certainly didn't make any excuses afterward. Not speaking as a butthurt fanboy, just an actual MMA fan. Congratulations to Cain on a brilliant fight and to JDS for showing the heart of a champion even in defeat. Do everyone a favor and stop buying tickets if you can't appreciate the sport respectfully!

I lost my ****ing mind when people boo'd Leonard Garcia after the first Korean Zombie. The dude gave you the fight of the century and he has no control over the judges. Have some ****ing respect. Tapped2strikes
The crowd were disgusting in general, as are most UFC crowds. Typical "cage fighting" fans/subhumans, who got gifted some tickets and went to see a bloodbath + knockouts after doing about 20 shots. ****ing **** ****ing **** *****,

I'm not lumping in all Americans here but what a bunch of dooshbags! Secondly, I am a Belcher fan and hated seeing him get dominated and gasping for air but I would NEVER boo Okami for that performance either! A true mma fan would see the grappling clinic he put on Belcher and appreciate that. It wasn't the most exciting fight but when a fight is that important I can understand why Yushin kept the fight where he could win.

He seemed bothered by it and I don't blame him. He was one of..if not the most humble Champion around. He has a lot of respect, he doesn't give up, and he fights his heart out to entertain people! Junior Dos Santos is not only a great fighter, but a great person aswell. He didn't deserve the boos last night. I look forward to him getting his belt back. Wanderlei_Rua
What confuses me most is that this was more of a true fan's card too. It didn't have any of the WWE type personalities hyping it up for the occasional viewers. Yet the crowd was filled with people that lack any kind of respect for anything. He went for no submissions, barely tried to advance position and landed almost no punches. He just used strength to lay on him. It was not a grappling clinic and was a piss poor excuse of martial arts.

Working for an arm-triangle? I saw one half-assed effort for a side choke. That's it! I don't remember Yushin landing a single significant blow from top position. The only thing i remember from the fight was Alan breathing heavy. That's how pathetic it was. IF you want to see actual good grappling watch the Myles Jury fight. Yushin's performance was pathetic. And that's coming from a guy who is NOT a butthurt Belcher fan. Just hate pillow fisted jokes who bend the Wrestling favored rules of MMA and stay very inactive.
