CactusPete
Starting this thread based on Sparkart post: " Welcome to the new UFC Fight Club Community site! We're excited for what’s in store and hope you are too! Below are just a few of the highlights of the new site. Enjoy! New site design to bring UFC fans together and closer to the action Smartphone & Tablet optimized design New Elite tier which includes 2 Pay-Per-View events 1 Free individual fight on UFC.TV for all tiers Merged Fight Club & Community forums are free, with private sections for upper-tier members Encouraged feedback via Feedback form and interactive Help section" The post encourages feedback....yet states 'form' instead of forum..... Feedback #1, the new forums suck. Once you post you cannot edit your post, which means typo's like 'form' instead of 'forum' cannot be fixed...yet....I am sure this will be possible but looks pretty lame to launch a new site that doesn't even seem like a beta version yet.......The old forums were the one part of FC left that was still decent....now anyone can join the forums??? I see this is supposed to be Smart phone / tablet optimized, but I don't think that was a high priority compared to all of the other FC member concerns,>>>"Merged Fight Club & Community forums are free, with private sections for upper-tier members" = BAD IDEA None of the long standing members will rejoin, since you don't have to be a member to post in the forum, also everyone know the pre-sale perk is not really a perk at all. Biggest problem was ZERO Communication, don't expect this to change much. Update to the actual UFC website would have been nice,,,,now the website doesn't even have the presale code. Sure it's only been a day or two and many changes, improvements, fixes will hopefully be coming soon enough but first impressions count for a lot, and this first impression is not good at all. The forums are not intuitive, took awhile to figure out how to create this thread in the feedback form Cannot 'quote' the SparkArt post above as I don't have permission?? If you are encouraging feedback through the interactive help, why isn't it working? or is it not intuitive at all.
