Gabri1985
I will just get the feeling he will be the Tim Henman of the MMA world, getting to the Semi's but never quite having enough to reach that final. The one down fall to his game is he isn't amazing at anything, he doesn't have anything you can look at and say yeah that's a weak point though either. His main asset is his cardio and the pace he can push.
britishranger
Nope he will be the Andy Murray in the fact he has been close before but he will win it eventually
Gabri1985
I would love to agree mate but i just get the feeling time is running out, if he doesn't win this he will need another 3 wins at least before he gets the shot.

Has nice knees if he can get you there otherwise it's just the cardio and mouth on him Good luck - I'd be worried if my boy was up against a beast on his home turf! britishranger
Gabri his time is running out but THIS is his time, he will beat Old Vitor before dethroning Silva! Bisping has worked hard to achieve the record he has and it deserves the big pay off! Non Brits dont like him because they dont get his sense of humour and think he is ****y but he deserves his shot at the UFC title for the work he puts in

He throws punches in bunches rather than big shots so his power cannot really be judged, He has messed up many faces so cant punch that softly

He never really sits down on his punches as his style is hit and move so the power isn't going to be there in that kind of style. Having that one punch power though is a real game changer however. I like Belfort and always have done (baring getting caught on roids) He has the first 2 rounds imo to get bisping out of there after that i think the pace that he can push will be to much for Belfort. Can't say I blame him. I just wish he threw from the ground up and committed his hips - I mean we keep hearing 'you either have ko power or you dont' but technique still delivers it.. Stick and move is probably the third most frustrating style to watch after LNP and wall and stall... Im sure it's a good fight! I'll be putting cash on a combo with a Vitor KO in it though thats for sure!

You never know in this sport bruv, Silva has never faced a guy like Mike someone who will pressure him the whole fight and has no interest in taking the fight down other than to score quick points, I think its a very very competitive fight because Mike is the most underrated fighter on this forum

If by some miracle Bisping makes it through Vitor, which I doubt, his game plan better not be to pressure Silva with no interest in taking it to the ground. He'll end up out cold on the mat. samotype7
I'd say if he loses to Belfort, set him up against Souza for his intro to the mainstream fan fight. If he wants to try and reinvent himself, maybe a run back up at 205: Forrest, Sonnen, Rua would be good gauges to see how he'd readjust to his original weight class. horrorfan663
If Bisping loses to Belfort the division will be in a state of chaos. If Bisping wins he can make the claim for no 1 contender, all of the other MW title contenders are busy or hurt basically its just Bisping. top 5 contenders were imo Bisping, Weidman, Boetsche, Belcher, Okami but now Weidman is hurt, Boetsche took a heavy loss, and Okami is busy fighting Lombard. Belfort is not in the title picture at all so if he beats Bisping it might launch him up but a rematch with silva after a title shot loss to jones and a one fight win streak doesn't justify title shot. So it would put the division on hold till Okami vs Lombard or until Weidman comes back who knows how long that'll take. If Bisping wins he can be fighting for the belt by July for the big summer event dana likes to put on every year. Followed by winner of Okami/ Lombard vs Weidman to determine next no 1 contender

BlackBaron
Unfortunately the 185 pound division is the absolute garbage dump of divisions, even worse then HW, which is hard to believe. I lost faith in 185 so long ago it's laughable, it's not that Silva is that good, it's just that his opponents are that bad... We need like 5 different types of Chris Weidman's in this division to even matter.
