There is no phone number for UFC to get help. Ticketmaster was unable to provide any information. Don't waste your money on membership. You will get no customer support. That said, the reason your code doesn't work is because the Fight Club pre-sale was yesterday, and is now over. Today is the Social Media/Newsletter pre-sale. The Fight Club pre-sale code is only good for the day the pre-sale is on, Social Media/Newsletter are the following day, and then Gen public is next.
