BeLikeWater
Chandler Jones was asked, are you becoming the most successful athlete in the family, surpassing oldest brother Arthur III, a defensive end for the reigning Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens and, most notably, middle brother Jon, the current UFC light heavyweight champion and pound for pound toughest man in the world? "Jon is the most successful in the family," Chandler said. "He's the champion of the world individually by himself, so I don't think there is much I can do. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/can-a-super-bowl-ring-outweigh-a-ufc-champion-s-belt--patriots--chandler-jones-might-find-out-205315379-nfl.html?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
poonmachine
No it isn't, like he said Jon got his title on his own. Plus for it to mean as much as Jons belt wouldn't you have to be a star player on the team?
jduk
Arthur already has a ring, so this question has already been answered really
Sephiroth388
A third-string kick holder can win a ring without stepping on the field once. To get the belt, you have to face some of the most skilled fighters on the planet one-on-one inside a cage. I would love to have either one, but there is no comparison. NFL_FTW
I believe they give championship rings to the people who work within the organization. You don't need to step on the field or play to get a championship ring in a team sport.
