Go to Events> UFC Fight Night London > Click on the Q&A event> Show/Print barcode > bring that bar code to the event for access to the designated FC area for you and a guest.

Anyone can go to the weigh-ins, regardless of whether, or not you're a Fight Club member, but the Q&As are generally exclusive to the paid Fight Club members. If it's outdoors, non-paid members can usually spectate the Q&A (since they can't really stop people), but only paid members are allowed to ask questions.
